My Hero Academia 382 saw the continuation of its Final War Saga as the conflict between All For One and the Heroes progressed even further. In last week's chapter, fans saw the students from Shiketsu High make quite an impression and open up the way for other Heroes to deliver a deadly blow to All For One.
Tokoyami, one of the brightest students from Class 1A, used the powers of Dark Shadow to the very best and prepared to deliver a mighty blow to All For One. This week, fans got to see the result of Tokoyami's valiant strike. At the same time, My Hero Academia 382 also focused on the likes of Toga and the effort of the Hero students to stop her. While not the most action-filled chapter, My Hero Academia 382 was certainly immense.
Toga On The Move
Toga is one of the most important members of the Paranormal Liberation Front and My Hero Academia 382 focused on that again. She is a trump card in All For One's army as she possesses the Quirk called transform that allows her to take on the appearance of anyone whose blood she ingests and, at the same time, use their Quirks as well. In this week's chapter, the students of Class 1A went on to dissect the powers of Toga and her Quirk even further. Atsui mentioned that she believes that the situation isn't the worst that it could've been. If Toga had transformed into All For One using her Transform and Double combo, the battle would have been lost long ago. However, instead, she has transformed into Twice and used his Doubles to create a parade of Twices.
Soon after, Uravity comes to the conclusion that she can only clone people who she loves. While Toga does claim to love Shigaraki, she was not able to transform into him when she attempted it. Toga certainly does claim to love both Ochako and Twice, which is why she was able to take their form using her Quirk combo. The problem now is that her feelings could change at any moment and, if that happens and she manages to transform into the likes of All For One or Shigaraki, the battle will be truly lost. Before that happens, the girls of Class 1A will have to find her and Ochako intends to save her somehow.
Tokoyami Vs. All For One
My Hero Academia 382 was always going to tackle the plot thread of Tokoyami, who, in the previous chapter, launched an all-out offensive against All For One. Fans expected this to do a certain amount of damage and, by the looks of it, it did keep All For One at bay. Hawks mentioned that he needs to keep it up and delay All For One for as long as he can. Any source of light would need to be blocked for Dark Shadow to work as well as possible. However, the tables turned soon when All For One started to get even younger and, as a direct result of that, also got faster and stronger than ever before.
My Hero Academia 382 also focused heavily on the fact that All For One, despite having taken his prime state, isn't as strong as he could be and this is down to Endeavor having defeated him in battle once already. Yet, when All For One got even younger, it appeared as if all hope was lost. The tides of the battle started to shift in the favor of the villains once again and he started making his way towards Shigaraki. It was then that Gigantomachia showed up and All For One thought that he received an ally.
Kirishima And Shinso Arrive
Kirishima and Shinso made their appearance in My Hero Academia 382. Previously, they were seen with Mt. Lady, guarding Gigantomachia. In this chapter, they made their appearance with Gigantomachia at their side. It isn't known what exactly transpired between them, however, by the looks of it, they appear to be attacking All For One. A giant chunk of land was thrown towards All For One and it managed to restrict his movements when he was trying to get away. The offensive of the Heroes does not look like it is going to stop anytime soon.
My Hero Academia 382 most probably saw Shinso control Gigantomachia's movements, lead him towards the battlefield, and then have him attack All For One. It appears that the battle against All For One is going to get even more intense and fans are absolutely enjoying every bit of it. Whether the heroes manage to stop All For One in his tracks or not remains to be seen. Regardless, the next chapter of My Hero Academia will focus heavily on Kirishima and Shinso as they just joined the battlefield. The last few chapters have been reintroducing characters one after another and then giving some shine to them. The same will likely hold true for these two characters who just joined the battle. All For One is likely going to face the brunt of the power of these two characters very soon.
