For all the flack Mortal Kombat 11 received for its implementation of microtransactions, at least the core gameplay remains intact regardless of how much money one spends after the initial purchase. Some games don't grant the same fortune.
This meme presents a nightmare scenario for the franchise. Imagine if special moves were locked behind a paywall and interrupted the battle every time the command was put in to prompt the purchase. While complaints about the recent game's unlocks are valid, it could have been way worse.

The name Noob Saibot doesn't come from the popular slang term - it may not have even been invented yet - but from two of the creators' last names written backwards: Ed Boon and John Tobias. The character took on another level of humor once people started calling each other noobs over the internet and on playgrounds.
While a joke in this meme, the term noob isn't exactly helpful to the gaming community. Inexperienced newcomers shouldn't be lambasted for their lack of still. After all, every gamer was a noob at one point in their life.

Those with ice powers are often said to have cold hearts, but this isn't true. On the contrary, maybe it is the warmth within them preventing their powers from destroying their bodies.
Regardless of how it works, having the ability to manipulate ice and water is alienating. People misunderstand and fear them. On the rare occasion where two of these souls cross paths, they are bound to hit it off due to their common bond. Perhaps something more will blossom, and in a few years, several babies with ice powers will be crawling on the floor, accidentally freezing everything in the house.

The first Mortal Kombat film is a fun romp. Its sequel is an aimless disaster so bad, people cannot help but laugh at its failure.

The producers thought out the idea about as well as Raiden thought out his plan to give up his powers in order to assist the Earthrealm warriors directly in combat. Shortly afterward, the former god is fatally struck down. It works out for him in the end, though; the elder gods revive him and make him one of them.

Most people have been through this, and most who say they haven't are probably lying. While one should never deny or invalidate someone's heartbreak when their feelings are unrequited, the person feeling the pain should also not feel like being considered a friend is a failure.
If they are simply doing favors and being friendly because they think romance is a possibility, then they aren't really being good friends to begin with. Ultimately, let your intentions be known from the beginning and it won't feel like they are literally breaking your skull to pieces if the thoughts are not mutual.

This has always been a funny thought about fighting game characters. Players only see them in the ring, but at the end of the day presumably, they have to go home and live their life just like everybody else.
Do their powers impact every aspect of everyday living? Are people constantly asking Sub-Zero to freeze the wine at parties or make ice so no one has to do a quick run to the supermarket? If that's the case, we hope it doesn't bother him too much.
