These have expanded the roster and brought lots of other popular franchises into the world of Mortal Kombat 1, and more are still scheduled for the year ahead.

With the Mortal Kombat 1 DLC release schedule officially established, there haven't been many surprises up until now. Fans have known which characters were coming and when to expect them. On Twitter, publisher Warner Bros. Games announced that the Peacemaker DLC will officially release for those with early access on February 28. The DC Comics antihero was originally slated to land on February 13 for early access and February 20 for everyone else. Mortal Kombat 1's Peacemaker DLC Release Date

  • Release date (early access): February 28, 2024

The announcement from Warner Bros. Games added that the next season of Mortal Kombat 1 will launch "around the same time" and that more information will be coming soon. The tweet didn't mention when the regular release for the Peacemaker DLC is set, but given the pattern of the Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack Release schedule up until now, players that didn't pay for early access should expect to get their hands on the DLC one week later.

Mortal Kombat fans, and especially those who also love DC Comics, will likely be eager to finally get to play as the super-violent and ironicallynamed Peacemaker in a few weeks. Some gamers have been speculating about how Harley Quinn could work as a Mortal Kombat 1 DLC character, and Peacemaker's release will at least allow them to fight as a different member of the Suicide Squad. There are currently no announced plans to add Harley or any other DC characters but, if Peacemaker is a hit, gamers can always hope that some of his peers will get to make an appearance in the future.
