Simmons is well known to TV and movie fans with an extensive list of works in TV shows like The Closer, movies like La La Land, for playing J. Jonah Jameson in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, and Justice League's Commissioner Gordon. In 2021 J.K. Simmons was cast as the voice actor of Nolan Grayson/Omni-Man in Invincible, becoming the voice of one of the most iconic evil versions of Superman.
