In Cahoots for Cohoot Pics is a Request in Monster Hunter Rise's Sunbreak expansion, and it instructs players to photograph three Cohoots in Elgado. While fans should already be quite familiar with these owl-like creatures, as they will have received one as a pet, finding the three that are to be photographed can be quite tricky. For those players that are having some trouble completing Monster Hunter Rise's In Cahoots for Cohoot Pics Request, this guide is here to help.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak - Cohoots in Elgado Locations

The first Cohoot that fans are to photograph is their pet, which has a tendency to stay near to the hunter when they are in Elgado. This means that players should encounter it as they move around the hub area in Monster Hunter Rise's Sunbreak expansion, and they can snap a picture of it wherever it lands. That said, if a fan is struggling to find their pet Cohoot, it is recommended that they head over to Chichae the Quest Damsel, as the creature will frequently land near her or on the banister that surrounds the building she is facing.

Players should now make their way up to Elgado's Command Outpost, which can be reached by ascending the stairs that are next to Chichae. This is the area where Admiral Galleus is positioned, and fans may see a white Cohoot sitting upon his shoulder. If the creature is not there, then players should direct their attention to the large map that is in the Command Outpost, as the creature frequently perches on one of its posts.

For the final Cohoot, players must reach a wood platform that towers above Chichae. Indeed, there is a baby Cohoot in a nest in this location, and fans will need to use their Wirebugs in Monster Hunter Rise to get to it. Here is a route that players can follow to this nest, and they should take a picture of the baby Cohoot upon arrival:

  1. Get on top of the blue tent that covers the Command Outpost.
  2. Wirebug to the top of the stone wall where the Elgado Cohoot Nest filled with objects can be found.
  3. Wirebug past the tower with windows that are surrounded by gold.
  4. Land on the wood platform with the blue flag to find the baby Cohoot nest.

To note, Monster Hunter Rise fans will actually have the opportunity to photograph another Cohoot in Elgado as they progress through the expansion's story. More specifically, players will eventually recruit an NPC to Elgado's Command Outpost, and they have their own Cohoot. In an attempt to avoid spoilers, this guide will not provide any further details on this matter, though it should be quite clear when the character has made their way to the hub.
