There are 80 Secret Messages that Monster Hunter Rise players can find through the game's sprawling biomes. With the inclusion of the new maps from the Sunbreak expansion, some players might wonder where to locate the Relic Records, specifically on the Jungle map.
This guide will show players the locations of the 10 secret messages in the Jungle, and what rewards come from picking them up.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 1
The first Relic Record in the Jungle map in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is inside a small cave in the underground section of Area 5.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 2
Jungle Message 2 can be found inside a hollowed-out tree trunk in an upper section of Area 7.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 3
Jungle Message 3 is found across some tree roots in the upper section of Area 7, just west of the Jungle Sub-Camp.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 4
If players go to Area 10 in the northern end of the Jungle, they'll find the fourth message behind the large structure.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 5
If players run near the water's edge to the north of Area 4 (west of Area 3), they'll find a small alcove in the cliffside with the relic record inside.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 6
At the northern end of Area 2, players will come across a patch of breakable grass with the relic record inside it.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 7
The seventh relic record in the Jungle can be found inside a secret cliffside cave in the western section of Area 7.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 8
The eighth relic record in the Jungle map is inside a cave just a little north of the Sub-Camp location.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 9
Nestled between Area 8 and Area 7 is a very tall tree. Climb to the top of it to find the ninth secret message for the Jungle map. Using Wirebugs will be the only way to get there.
Sunbreak Jungle Message 10
And probably the most involved of the relic records in the Jungle, players will need to destroy a pile of rocks that are on top of a mountain in Area 1. By using an explosive barrel on it, players will uncover a hidden area with a Great Wirebug.
Use it to fling across the map and make sure to keep pressing A when flying through the air to get to a secret island in the northwestern corner of the map. Players will find the last Relic Record there, along with some other useful items.
Reward for Collecting Relic Records
Once players find some Relic Records, they can speak with Oboro the Merchant back at the outpost. He'll give players a Daimyo Hermitaur Statuefor grabbing five of the records from the Jungle, and then he'll give players an Astalos Statue for getting all 10. These are decorations that can be placed in players' homes.
