Killing a Goss Harag has a 15% chance of yielding a Dense Block of Ice in the 'quest complete' screen.
Capturing a Goss Harag has a 12% chance of yielding a Dense Block of Ice in the 'quest complete' screen.
Carving the Goss Harag's body will not yield any dense blocks of ice.
