Modern Warfare 3 is full of various operator skins, such as the Bone Collector, which players can earn by grinding or paying to win. Players prefer earning operator skins through grinding since it showcases their prowess on the battlefield. However, this doesn't mean pay-to-win skins aren’t valuable. With pay-to-win skins, players can expand their collection and have a variety of cosmetics to choose from.

The Abolisher operator skin is one such pay-to-win skin. This premium skin will set players a few dollars back and will only be available in the Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 update. Here’s how players can get the Abolisher operator skin.

How to Get the Abolisher Operator Skin

To get the Ablisher operator skin, players must buy the BlackCell in Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 Battle Pass. Purchasing the BlackCell will immediately unlock the Abolisher operator skin as well as other unique blueprints and operator skins. Players with the BlackCell Battle Pass get access to the Modern Warfare 3 premium experience.

The BlackCell Battle Pass costs $29.99, and players must purchase it using real-life world money. This means players can’t use COD points to get the exclusive operator skin. Players who previously purchased the MW3 Vault edition won’t have to purchase BlackCell since the package already includes it. They will get the BlackCell with 30 additional Tier Skips.

At the time of writing, the Abolisher operator skin remains a mystery. COD has yet to reveal any details regarding the skin, but more will be showcased prior to the launch of Modern Warfare 3 Season 1. This guide will be updated with more information once it’s revealed. Another pay-to-win skin players can get by purchasing BlackCell is the Gaia Operator Skin. This see-through skin is valuable in combat, as players can move stealthily around the map and attack their opponents undetected.

The upcoming Season 1 update on December 6 will include many new operators and challenges. From the Dune operator skin to Prestige challenges, players have plenty to grind on for the holiday season. Beginning in Season 1, players will finally unlock Rank 56, which is part of Prestige 1. MW3 Season 1 will have 5 Prestige Ranks and a total of 194 levels to rank through.
