Wonder Weapons are powerful and unique weapons found in Call of Duty’s Zombie game mode. The weapons are extremely lethal and pack a great punch on anything that stands in their way. They possess phenomenal abilities with tremendous effects on the undead. In COD MWIII, players can find schematics for these weapons in order to obtain said weapons.

How to Get Wonder Weapons

There are two wonder weapons, the Ray Gun and the Wunderwaffe. Although they are notoriously rare, players can acquire their schematics by following specific steps, eventually adding them to their inventory.

The Ray Gun

The Ray Gun has been the love of many fans. This gun brings back a lot of memories for a lot of the players as it’s been the staple weapon since the first time it was unveiled. To get the Ray Gun, players must complete contracts in the Red Zone. It is the highest threat level zone in the game, players can complete 3–5 contracts to find its schematics in reward rifts.

Once a player has obtained the schematics, they should exfil with it in their rucksack and craft it once the game is over. The Ray Gun has a 48-hour cooldown period after every use.

The Wunderwaffe

The Wunderwaffe is an extremely rare and beloved weapon. Just like the Ray Gun, the Wunderwaffe has been a fan-favorite for the longest time. It is also a unique gun that can prove to be extremely helpful in desperate situations.

Players can obtain its schematic by Completing the Tier 4 Act 3 mission “The Holdout”. To obtain it, they need to initiate the Outlast Contract and achieve 50 kills in the corrupted space. After completing the game, players receive the Wunderwaffe Schematics and must exfil safely to craft the weapon. Similar to the Ray Gun, it also comes with a 48-hour cooldown period.
