Much like her twin sister Kitana, Mileena made her debut in the second Mortal Kombat game and has appeared in most of the series' mainline installments since. She's typically served as an antagonist and an enforcer for Shao Kahn, taking plenty of lives with her trusty sai over the years. Now, three decades on from her video game debut, she's ready to add to her body count in Mortal Kombat 1.
Mileena is one of the game's deadliest characters and a firm fan favorite among series veterans. She boasts a more than solid move set, which is topped off by a decent selection of finishers. Mileena's Mortal Kombat 1 Fatalities are delightfully brutal and relatively simple to learn, but those having trouble may benefit from seeing the moves in action in order to truly master their execution.

Those hoping to perform Mileena's Appetizer Fatality will need to press back, forward, back, front punch while standing at close range. Doing so will lead to Mileena stabbing her opponent in the neck with her sai to bring them to their knees. After that, she chews off the top of their head and eats their brain for a snack before biting off the rest of their head. It's all pretty disgusting, but very much in keeping with Mileena's character.

Mileena's second Fatality can be triggered by pressing down, forward, back, front kick while standing at close range. If performed correctly, Millena will slice open her opponent's stomach using her sai before stabbing them through both of their ears. She then twists their head all the way around, hops up onto their shoulders, and yanks the head clean off before throwing it callously to the ground in front of her. As the decapitated corpse of her former rival lies lifeless on the ground, Mileena strikes a pose with her chosen Kameo fighter.
