General Shao's first Fatality is called Spin Cycle and can be performed by pressing back, forward, down, front punch while standing at medium range. Once triggered, General Shao will knock his opponent up into the air with his axe before jumping up and grabbing them. He then proceeds to spin them around over his head, getting faster and faster until the force exerted on his victim causes their skin to peel right off. Once he's done, he hurls their remains onto the ground, leaving behind nothing but a pool of blood and a pile of bones.

General Shao's second MK1 Fatality is performed by pressing down, forward, back, front punch from medium range. If triggered correctly, General Shao will slam his axe into the ground, causing his opponent to be flung high up into the air. He then proceeds to jump up and catch them before slamming them down onto the blade of the axe and dragging their body across it until it is no longer in one piece. After tossing his victim's remains aside, General Shao takes a moment to celebrate his victory by striking a pose with his Kameo fighter.
