A Minecraft player dug up a huge mountain over nine months and showed just how patient a player of Mojang's game can be. Although Minecraft targets younger players, the game's community has fans of all ages. In addition to having a diverse audience, Minecraft is known for having incredibly creative players.

Minecraft doesn't have a mandatory endgame, although it officially exists. To do so, the player must survive and gather enough resources to reach the End and defeat the Ender Dragon, which is Minecraft's final boss to survive. But for players in no rush to leave the game just yet, there is a lot to do in Minecraft. Players love to make buildings reproducing locations from anime like Pokemon and games like Sonic the Hedgehog and Bloodborne. Another aspect that Minecraft players are known for is the mod community which adds the most diverse features to the game.

While Minecraft is a game that invites building, Reddit user Poporc_DuGroin spent nine months digging up a mountain. Minecraft has dozens of biomes that form procedurally generated maps, ensuring the uniqueness of each gameplay. Players are always looking for the perfect map location to erect their buildings, whether it be on top of a mountain or the edge of the ocean. Poporc_DuGroin has gone the opposite way, and their patience for digging up the peak generated more than 1,100,000 blocks, enough to fill 360 large chests.

In the post made by the player on the Minecraft subreddit, Poporc_DuGroin asked for suggestions on what to do with the mined blocks but didn't reveal whether they got ores or how many. One comment suggested building a mountain, while Redditor RykGallagher suggested picking a new mountain and digging out twice as many blocks. Poporc_DuGroin's response was amusingly saying that "they will lose their mind if they have to dig out one more block." A third commenter said "build," at which Poporc_DuGroin revealed they plan to use the spot to create a big Minecraft city.

Minecraft is a game full of entertainment possibilities thanks to its community that brings the most incredible ideas to life. But the game also frequently receives content in official form, as is the case with Minecraft's recent Trails and Tales update. Awaited with much anticipation by Minecraft players, the Trails and Tales update introduces new content like the new cherry groove biome, and armor trims that Minecraft players will no doubt explore in very creative ways.

Minecraft is available on Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and legacy consoles.
