While most of the objectives players come across in the recently released Metro Exodus are fairly straightforward, there is one early on that may be giving them trouble. This objective is to find Anna, Artyom's wife, who goes missing not long after Artyom and the gang have left Moscow's Metro tunnels behind. Please note that this article has some minor spoilers for Metro Exodus.

After Anna goes missing, Artyom is given the objective to Find Anna. If players look at the map, there is an objective marker on a hill, though upon arrival, no scene is triggered, and they aren't given any clues as to what to do next. Further investigation of the area reveals a cabin that Artyom can use to craft supplies and upgrade his weaponry, as well as a bed that can be used to sleep to a different time of day, if desired.

By walking around the perimeter of the hill, players may take note of a large metal door that's closed shut (watch out for mutant enemies while doing this, though). Artyom can't interact with the door, but it is our first clue as to where to go to find Anna. Simply climb on top of the hill, and above the door there should be a hole in the ground, visible through the snow. Walk over this patch of ground and Artyom will fall through and wind up behind the door and inside an abandoned bunker.

As it turns out, this bunker is where Anna is located. Players will be treated to a short scene after falling through the ground, and they can then complete the next set of objectives as normal to find Anna's exact location.

Besides this one mission, the rest of the objectives in Metro Exodus aren't too difficult to figure out. For the most part, the objective markers lead players exactly where they need to go, and so there isn't a ton of guesswork. Once players manage to complete this step, it should be relatively smooth-sailing from there on out.

Metro Exodus is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
