The first level where you get to play as a mermaid in Princess Peach: Showtime is called Melody of the Sea. You'll be able to access this level once you get to the third floor of the theater. Princess Peach: Showtime has some standout moments, but many gamers will find it to be too easy and too short for their liking.

Melody of the Sea Sparkle Gem 1

In the first section of the stage, you'll see a couple of coconuts on the trees that can be attacked to fall to the ground. After you pass a group of Theet mermaids that are saying, 'Let's all sit together,' hit the coconuts above them, and they will fall, hitting some enemies. The Theets will reward Peach with the first Sparkle Gem.

Once you hop on the turtle to go for a ride, there will be several shells on the wall that can be attacked. Wait for the last group of shells in a circular pattern, and hit them to find another Gem.

After finally getting Peach's Mermaid costume, look to the area on the right to find a closed clam shell. Use the power of the costume to control the fish nearby to push the shell open, revealing the third Sparkle Gem for Melody of the Sea.

After the concert is canceled, you'll end up in a new area. Keep going to the right to find another closed clam shell. Use the fish to open it to find some coins. Keep using the fish to grab the Sparkle Gem tucked away in the corner to the left of the shell.

Melody of the Sea Sparkle Gem 5

When you get to this giant clam shell, you have to control the fish to enter the grate to get into the area underneath --you'll find two smaller clam shells. Open the one on the right to find the fifth Sparkle Gem.

After the last gem, you'll learn how to use the fish to push the seaweed, blocking some holes in the wall. The one on the left will have coins, but the one on the right has another Sparkle Gem.

Dress Ribbon Location

Instead of swimming down after getting the sixth Gem, head to the right to find a Theet stuck behind seaweed. They will give Peach a Dress Ribbon for saving them.

Once you swim down after grabbing the previous Sparkle Gem, some eels will block the path. You can move them around by singing. The Sparkle Gem will be between the second pair of eels.

Once you get to the section where you need to use the three pufferfish to lift the giant turtle, look at the bottom right section to find a circle of starfish on the ocean floor. Use the triggers to use Peach's pose ability, which will make a secret area appear. Open the clam to find the next gem.

After lifting the big turtle with the fish, you'll get yet another Sparkle Gem.

Get to the end of the stage and perform beautifully at the concert to get the final Sparkle Gem for the Melody of the Sea level.
