After only 2 episodes so far on Disney Plus, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has quickly become one of the most talked about (in a good way) shows in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is for a number of reasons, including its hilarious writing and clever premise. But it may also have something to do with its casting, and now Megan Thee Stallion is one of the big names fans can expect to see.

Beloved recording artist Megan Thee Stallion just received a feature on The Cut, during which it was confirmed that she will show up in a currently unknown role on She-Hulk. While discussing the rapper's acting endeavors, The Cut mentioned almost in passing that she had been cast in the Disney Plus series. But while nothing else was mentioned about this revelation, it was clearly enough to inspire plenty of speculation.

Far from being a one-trick stallion, the talented performer has wanted to do more than just music for pretty much her whole life. During the interview, she mentioned how she looks up to film and TV veteran actors like Queen Latifah and Ice Cube for where she wants to go in the industry. But that initiative doesn't stop at just acting either. "When I look at them, it inspires me to take it further than just music," Megan Thee Stallion said. "I don't feel like I'm only going to be an actress — I feel like I'm also going to be a director and I'm also going to be a producer."

Megan Thee Stallion

It won't be the first time a major recording artist has shown up in a Marvel Studios project. Harry Styles notably appeared as Starfox (no, not that Star Fox) in the end credits stinger for Eternals, along with his Patton Oswalt-voiced sidekick. But given the much more grounded nature of She-Hulk, aside from the whole superhero thing, it wouldn't be all that surprising to see Megan Thee Stallion simply play herself in the series. It's certainly one role she's easily cut out for.

But a few rumors swirling around have suggested that she was cast as a fictionalized version of herself, perhaps similar to Nicolas Cage in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, but perhaps this iteration won't be quite as tongue-in-cheek. The same rumors also mentioned that Megan Thee Stallion would be using a stunt double. Not only that, but she will reportedly also appear in multiple episodes. So fans have a lot to look forward to.

Maybe the idea is that Megan Thee Stallion will be a Skrull on She-Hulk, which would certainly be an entertaining twist. But however it turns out, it's clear that the show has a lot more wacky ideas in store before the season ends.
