How to Play Multiplayer Co-op in Meet Your Maker

How to Play Multiplayer Co-op in Meet Your Maker

Jumping into multiplayer in Meet Your Maker is actually a straightforward and fuss-free affair. All players have to do is invite a friend to their game, and the team fun can begin. This can be done by pressing R3 on PlayStation, the Right stick on Xbox, or the Y key on PC to bring up the Friends List and sending the invite to a partner of choice.

Also, the game only supports co-op for two players only at this point, so there will be no massive raiding parties happening just yet. At present, the game does not currently support crossplay between the platforms, so PlayStation players will not be able to enjoy raiding other outposts with Xbox friends or any other configuration. It could still very well be a feature in the future, but for now, only players within the same ecosystem can team up.

Benefits of Multiplayer in Meet Your Maker

Aside from having another person doing the damage or repairs, multiplayer in Meet Your Maker brings other benefits that are very important. The ability to revive each other means that players will have more chances of success when going on raids. Outposts will have to be designed in a way to confront two invaders rather than just one, which will only up the tension in such encounters.

Being able to explore and cover more ground will also be handy when raiding larger outposts, as will the capacity to handle more traps and enemies. In any case, Meet Your Maker becomes much more entertaining with a partner in tow, even if going solo is still fun.

Meet Your Maker is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
