Marvel’s Spider-Man fans have found plenty of interesting bugs in recent weeks, though the latest is particularly fun for MCU fans. For those wondering what Doctor Strange’s Mirror Dimension would look like in a game, a new Marvel’s Spider-Man glitch is worth a look.

This is not the first Doctor Strange-related bug found by Marvel’s Spider-Man players. A few months back, gamers managed to spot a visual glitch that looked like one of Doctor Strange’s orange portals was being activated. While the portals have become instantly recognizable in recent years, so too has the Mirror Dimension, with the realm being visited once again in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Tom Holland’s Spidey visited the Mirror Dimension in that movie, and Yuri Lowenthal’s got the chance to do the same in a clip from Redditor young_k0be.

The Marvel’s Spider-Man video sees young k0be swinging below one of the bridges in New York City. After dipping into the water between one of the bridge’s supports, the gamer hops out and web zips forward. However, as soon as they attempt to swing, they find themselves glitching through the water below. They then swing around with the city above their head, making for a trippy and memorable visual that the player will likely remember forever.

In the original Doctor Strange film and Spider-Man: No Way Home, the Mirror Dimension transformed New York City. Happening in a similar fashion to what is seen in the clip, the skyscrapers shift to fill out the sky, moving and changing around Doctor Strange. With the player under New York, the comparison is a solid one. If a solo Doctor Strange game ever happens, perhaps a similar visual will be used to give players a fresh take on New York. While it would likely be a lot more polished than what is seen in the clip, seeing the sky below the player and the city above them makes for a truly cool bug.

Near the end of the clip, the player attempts to plummet into the sky, though the game detects that something is wrong. As such, they are killed and respawned, letting them out of the Mirror Dimension and back into the normal open world. Like some other neat Marvel’s Spider-Man bugs, players could likely recreate the issue if they wanted, as it seems like it is tied to a specific area under the bridge. With 1,800 upvotes, a lot of viewers clearly enjoyed seeing the Doctor Strange-like bug.

With the trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness getting so many Marvel fans talking, this glitch was found and shared at a perfect time. In one way or another, it feels as if everyone is focused on the Master of the Mystic Arts at the moment.

Marvel’s Spider-Man is available now on PS4 and PS5.
