Each Avenger that has ever appeared in the MCU had a unique set of skills that made them into an unforgettable character. While some of them had special powers, others made do without them. The MCU has already managed to introduce some of the strongest Avengers, however, other superheroes who are extremely powerful and worked with the Avengers at one point or another have yet to show up in the MCU.

It's unlikely the fans will see some of them any time soon, while others already have their future appearances confirmed. Even though the franchise keeps expanding and introducing new characters, there are still some strong Avengers who aren't a part of the MCU.

6 Blue Marvel

Adam Brashear as Blue Marvel

A lesser known superhero who, however, is extremely powerful, is Adam Brashear, aka Blue Marvel. Just like Tony Stark or Bruce Banner, Adam is also a capable scientist. He gained powers during an anti-matter experiment gone wrong. Blue Marvel isn't as famous as Thor or Hulk, but he's strong enough to take them on. He can fly, is super strong and fast, and has the power to manipulate matter.

That makes him not only a talented warrior but also a useful person to have close since he can use the power to manipulate matter to heal other people's wounds. If the MCU brought Blue Marvel in, they would most likely need to under-power him or else Adam could easily solve most problems the Avengers face.

5 Hercules

Hercules Marvel hero

Hercules is one of the strongest Avengers and also a hero who worked with more than just one superhero team. He also joined the likes of the Defenders, or the God Squad. The last membership was very much appropriate since Hercules is a demigod. He possesses an enormous strength that he used for good many times. It's difficult to measure how strong Hercules is, but he's supposed to be on a similar level as Thor.

Perhaps that's the biggest reason why Hercules hasn't been introduced in the MCU just yet, as he and Thor are too similar in ways. After all, Hercules has been first introduced in Thor's comic book series! But if Thor ever leaves the MCU for good, Hercules could easily take his place, as he even has a weapon as strong as Thor's hammer Mjolnir - the Golden Mace.

4 Sentry

Sentry in Marvel

If all the most powerful Avengers currently active in the MCU teamed up, even they might have a hard time dealing with Sentry. That's how powerful this superhero is. Robert Reynolds, aka Sentry, deals with life struggles that make his time in the comics hard, and dealing with his powers doesn't help.

Sentry has a long list of powers. He's as strong as Hulk, has psionic abilities and transmutation powers, can manipulate light, and it's virtually impossible to kill him thanks to his power to regenerate that even Wolverine could be envious of. What makes Sentry even a more complex figure is that he has an evil alter ego, called the Void, that's even more powerful than him. If Sentry ever shows up in the MCU, all villains should beware because it's extremely difficult to stop him.

3 She-Hulk

Marvel has more than one talented lawyer who also works as a superhero. Other than Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, it's Jennifer Walters, also known as She-Hulk. Jennifer became She-Hulk when her cousin, Bruce Banner, gave her a transfusion to save her life. Unlike Bruce, though, Jennifer has a better control over her transformation and her emotions even when she's She-Hulk.

So even though she's not as strong as Hulk, she's still a force to be reckoned with since she's smart and can defeat her enemies easily thanks to her strength when she puts her mind to it. Last but not least, Jennifer's lawyer expertise also came in useful more than once, such as the time when she defended Spider-Man. She-Hulk is set to get her solo series in the MCU, so the superhero fans are bound to get to know her even better.

2 Wolverine

With the X-Men joining the MCU, it's most likely the audience will also get another version of Wolverine. But for now, Wolverine remains one of the strongest members of the Avengers who isn't in the franchise. Just like Deadpool, Wolverine has the healing factor which makes him as close to immortal as they come.

What's more, it's very difficult to hurt him. If that wasn't enough, Wolverine is also extremely strong and knows multiple martial arts. As a result, he's one of the fiercest Marvel fighters, regardless of whether he uses his claws against his opponents. Wolverine's also the ultimate proof that it doesn't matter how tall a superhero is since in the comics he's 5ft 3inch.

1 Wonder Man

Wonder Man

Despite all of his powers, Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man, has yet to appear in the MCU. Just like multiple heroes (such as Scarlet Witch), Wonder Man started out as a villain but later became one of the good guys. It's for the best since Wonder Man is supposedly as strong as Thor. He has a rich variety of powers at his disposal, such as super strength, speed, stamina, agility, and he can fly!

He can also absorb energy, even anti-matter, and send out blasts himself. If the MCU ever decides to bring Wonder Man in, they could use Baron Zemo to do so since in the comics, Zemo is the one who gives Simon his powers, but Wonder Man turns against him, joins forces with the Avengers and fights Zemo instead.
