After Marvel Snap brought new 'Spider-People' cards with its Spider-Versus season, it introduced the Phoenix Force into its virtual card game for players to collect and use within decks. Rise of the Phoenix is the July 2023 Season Pass in which players are able to get the Phoenix Force card by purchasing the Premium Season Pass.
Phoenix Force is an excellent 5-Cost card with 6 Power, and the card also has the On Reveal ability to revive one of the player's destroyed cards, combine with the said card, and then give that card the ability to move each turn. Fans are also able to collect Phoenix Force-themed variants throughout the Season Pass.

After achieving a Season level of 50, players will be able to collect a Season Cache for each additional level. Season Caches withhold random rewards that players usually obtain in a Season Pass. These rewards can be anything from Credits and Gold to Tokens to use for the Token Shop and Variants. With the Phoenix Force card, fans will be able to create highly unique movement and destruction-themed decks that take the enemy by surprise on the virtual tabletop. These movement and destruction decks utilize the best movement cards, as well as the best destruction cards in Marvel Snap, to combo with the Phoenix Force card.
To level up their Season level, players can complete their daily missions each day, as well as complete seasonal missions that show up on their 'Missions' page. Each week of July 2023's Season Pass, more and more seasonal quests will be unlocked for players to partake in, even if they don't have the Premium Season Pass. This helps players who don't decide to purchase the Premium Season Pass until after reaching level 50 to still obtain Season levels.
New Cards in Rise of the Phoenix
Several cards are introduced throughout Rise of the Phoenix's Season Pass in July 2023. These cards all have unique abilities, On Reveal abilities, and Ongoing abilities.
There are five new cards, to be exact, and each one of them provides an excellent ability to be considered when making the best decks in Marvel Snap. With the new releases of Echo, Mirage, Legion, Phoenix Force, and Jean Grey, players will have to sift through Pool 4 and Pool 5 to obtain these new cards.
