  • Thena counts her own card. If the player drops, say, Jeff and Thena simultaneously, she will earn +3 Power at the end of the same round.
  • Thena must be on the board. Her buff is not triggered when she’s in your hand or deck.
  • Thena doesn’t force the player to drop two cards. So, it’s best to play for the best outcome, not her buffs. Sometimes, ignoring her text and playing one or more than two cards could yield better stats.

How To Counter Thena In Marvel Snap

Thena faces two primary enemies in Marvel Snap’s current metagame: Shadow King and Red Guardian. Shadow King can remove all her buffs, resetting her Power back to one.
