It's been a very long time since fans of the Mario Strikers series have seen a new entry. Mario Strikers: Battle League from Next Level Games is the latest title to come after about 15 years of a hiatus. The wacky multiplayer soccer game seems to deliver the fun that the original had, even though some critics have issues with the amount of content it offers. Still, the die-hard fans of the franchise will no doubt have a good time with the experience.
Battle League is available for pre-order now on the eShop, and it can also be pre-downloaded onto the system. However, until the game unlocks, fans will not be able to access the content. What Time Does Mario Strikers: Battle League Release Digitally?
The expected digital release and unlock time for Mario Strikers: Battle League is 9 PM PT the night before the physical game's release date. Most players will be able to hop into the game the night before the launch, which would be tonight, Thursday, June 9, 2022.
Keep in mind that this is only the expected release time; Nintendo has not officially confirmed anything, and the company is unlikely to, as it tends not to promote things like that for first-party titles. However, almost all the digital first-party games have been released around 9 PM PT the night before launch, so the same should happen for Mario Strikers .

Mario Strikers: Battle League File Size
Before Switch owners attempt to download the digital version of Mario Strikers: Battle League, they should be aware of its file size, which weighs in at about 3 GB. When compared to the 4.2 GB Mario sports title, Mario Golf: Super Rush, it's not that large of a file size.
