A Tie-in mobile game was recently announced on the official website of Magical Girl Destroyers. It was revealed that the free-to-play game is currently in the works and will feature the heroine characters of the series. Aside from the announcement of the game, the site also released a new trailer for the upcoming series.

It was announced late last year that the anime will premiere this year. The cast members and staff was also revealed last September 2022. Makoto Furukawa will lead the cast as Otaku Hero, and the three heroine will be played by Fairouz Ai as Anarchy, Aimi as Blue and Tomoyo Kurosawa as Pink. Underground art and music creator Jun Inagawa will handle the story and original character designs, Hiroshi Ikehata of FLCL Progressive will be directing the anime series at the Bibury Animation Studio and Azure Striker Gunvolt action director Masao Kawase wil be assisting Ikehata. The overall series scripts will be handled by Daishiro Tanimura of Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet.

The tie-in mobile game based on the anime series is still in development and although no further details have been provided yet, it is expected that the game will be released later this year. The game will be called Magical Girl Destroyers Kai and will be available for free for both iOS and Android. Magical Girl Destroyers Kai will feature the same story of the anime and players get the opportunity to play as their favorite heroine in the anime series.

The game will include different challenges including fighting off the monsters of the series. Aside from the adventure mode, players can also team up with other players to take on a more challenging feat in the game. The voice actors of the anime characters will reprise their roles on the game. Aside from the three original heroine, a new heroine will be introduced which will be available exclusively on the game. The new character is named Peace and will be voiced by Sumire Uesaka. Sumire Uesaka also sang the theme song for the game with the title Rebellion. There's no word yet if the game will be available for global release.

Along with the game announcement, a new teaser was also released on the official site of the series. The latest trailer features Otaku Hero and his journey as a regular fanboy to becoming the leader in protecting the fan culture. The new trailer revealed a glimpse of what the fans can expect from the series highlighting the action and drama on the anime.

The pre-registration for Magical Girl Destroyers Kai will start on February 1.
