In total, Luigi's Mansion 2 has 33 missions, 28 main missions and five bonus missions. The time needed for players to complete a mission depends on the collectibles that they set themselves out to find, as the gems and Boos require some exploring and puzzle-solving to gather.

To complete Luigi's Mansion 2, gamers will usually need between 12 to 18 hours, depending on their playstyle. If they attempt to collect every gem and Boo in the game, they will of course at least one additional hour with each mansion.
