It's no surprise that MMOs have taken over the gaming world since they are often F2P and offer hours upon hours of fun gameplay. And while some MMOs have steered toward the P2W aspect of gaming, some have kept true to the F2P model. They stay true to the F2P model by giving all players an equal chance of leveling up and clearing content without paying a single cent.
One MMO that the gaming community enjoys playing is that of Lost Ark since it blends RPG elements with fantasy-style gameplay. This MMO has become so popular that the next class (Aeromancer) will have several notable similarities with CD Projekt Red's The Witcher. Achievements are another feature that some gamers enjoy, but while some are easy to complete, like joining a Guild, others will test a player's endurance.
7 Stronghold Development Plan
Strongholds are one of the most critical features players need to level up to become stronger. This mini-island lets players craft powerful battle items (potions or elixirs) and allows players to gain perks that will boost their stats. But, as players can expect, maxing out a Stronghold requires lots of experience, which takes time.
As a result, the achievement "Stronghold Development Plan" is among the most challenging achievements to complete in Lost Ark. Players will need to reach a stronghold level of 65, which involves researching every Farm Site, Lab Island, Remote Island, and Slot Expansion.
6 Champion
- Reach PVP Extreme 10
Most Lost Ark players avoid PVP since it's the most challenging aspect of the game. Players need to learn about positioning, crowd control, and character role, all of which play a vital role in gaining the upper hand against enemy players. But, players will need to complete three separate PVP-related achievements if they want to get all the prestigious achievements in Lost Ark.
Champion is the most difficult one to get out of all the PVP achievements since Lost Ark fans will need to reach PVP Extreme 10. That means they'll need to win several hundred Proving Ground matches while not being demoted to a lower rank.
5 Jackpot! I Think?
- Earn Exactly 777 Silver From Dropped Loot
In theory, this achievement should be relatively easy to complete since players won't have to max out their account or beat hundreds of other players in PVP, but the real issue is that unlocking this achievement is left to luck.
And that's because to complete "Jackpot! I think?" players must loot an exact drop of 777 silver from a mob. It has to be from a single drop, so even if multiple Silver piles drop and add up to 777, it will not unlock. So, players should let this happen naturally since there's no way of forcing a mob to drop 777 Silver.
4 Boss Hunter: Expert
- Defeat Field Bosses: Black Chicking, White Chicking, True Batuark, Gorka Grosse, Savnak, Erasmo
One aspect of Lost Ark that makes it unique among other MMOs is the unique and often tricky boss fights. But, beating certain bosses is necessary if players want to obtain items or complete achievements that will let players advance further in the game. For example, Capsiel is a field boss players must defeat to obtain the Shattered Dip and Pour Bowl, which is needed for the Half and Half, Dip and Pour Legendary food item.
For this achievement, gamers will need to defeat six Field Bosses (Black Chicking, White Chicking, True Batuark, Gorka Grosse, Savnak, Erasmo) located in various regions. On top of that, every Field Boss has a random spawn rate, making it a challenging achievement to complete.
3 Legendary Pacifist
- Use the Portal in a Legendary Secret Dungeon With No Kills
The main point of any MMO is to kill everything in sight as they often provide helpful items and experience points. And Chaos Dungeons are one of the best ways for players to farm for legendary items and gain lots of experience. However, for this achievement, players must exercise self-control and not kill any mob while still reaching the end of the Chaos Dungeon.
So, this achievement is difficult because players must dodge the attacks of dozens of mobs and mini-bosses without dying. The best way of completing this achievement is running a Tier 1 Chaos Gate since the enemies aren't as powerful as higher tiers, but even then, this achievement will prove difficult.
2 Survival Expert
- Clear 20 Abyss Raids Without Using Battle Items
Any hardcore Lost Ark player will admit that Aybss Raids can be one of the most challenging (albeit fun) game modes in Lost Ark. Each encounter will test the tenacity of a player's build and force them to adapt to near-impossible Raid Boss fights. Fortunately, players can use consumables to empower their characters, making the fight easier to complete.
But, to achieve "Survival Expert," players must complete an Abyss Raid without using a consumable. That means they'll need to rely on their skill buffs or hope to find a party that has a decent healer. Players can try to complete this achievement by running the Oreha Preveza Abyss Raid since it's not as punishing as the others.
1 Invincible Army
- Clear Chaos Gate Without Anyone Dying
Undoubtedly, "Invincible Army" is the hardest achievement to complete in Lost Ark since it relies on other players not dying in a Chaos Gate run. And to make matters worse, every Chaos Gate is randomized, meaning players will have to pray to the RNG gods to get an easy run.
This achievement is easier to complete with a party of friends or guild mates, but players must coordinate well with their team and ensure everyone sticks close together. And for those trying to complete this achievement with randoms, the best they can do is try to protect the entire team through buffs and heals.
