There are many interesting missions in Lords of the Fallen, but some of them are challenging and require ingenuity. One such quest takes place in the Forsaken Fen area and requires players to help a petrified girl.

Rescuing Kukajin is rewarding because she will offer her help in future boss battles. Many players do not know what to do to rescue a petrified girl, so this guide explains how to help Kukajin in Lords of the Fallen.

How to Help Kukajin in Lords Of The Fallen

To activate the Help Kukajin's Statue quest, players must visit Forsaken Fen. This place contains a cave with a petrified girl. The cave's entry is next to the fire where the Shuja warriors stand. The entrance is overgrown with branches, but a precise blow will destroy the obstacle and open the entrance.

The woman, called Kukajin, is trapped in a stone by a magical accessory. After speaking with her, the quest is activated, and players must figure out how to rescue Kukajin. Here, players have 2 options to choose from:

Free Kukajin

If players choose this option, they should have either the Sanctify or Cleansing Spring spells in their arsenal.

After defeating the boss Pieta, Sanctify can be found in the chest located in the area where the battle took place.
Cleansing Spring is sold by a merchant called Exacter Dunmire.

Using one of these spells will free Kukajina and return her to human form. Afterward, the woman will be grateful and reward the hero with a valuable Pendant of Induration. Also, when Kukajina leaves the cave, a magical Wilmarc's Catalyst will be left where she stood.

To receive help from Kukajina in the future, players need to meet up with her once again. She can be found in the Skyrest Bridge in one of the corridors. Talking to her will lead to Kukajin offering her services as a companion in boss fights, but not for free.

Alternative Option

If players are not keen on this quest, they can destroy the stone statue. The woman will die as a result, but the hero will receive the Kukajin Sword, which will inflict poison and bleeding effects on the enemies.
