The Tortured Prisoner is one of the many characters players can help in Lords of the Fallen. She can be found in the lowest levels of the Pilgrim’s Perch locked behind a cell.
Players need to take advantage both of the Axiom and Umbral Realms to find the cell key and free the Tortured Prisoner in Lords of the Fallen. As for the Prisoner's location, it’s a bit tricky to reach her as the cell is behind a locked door.

Gerlinde is one of the most essential NPCs players must help if they wish to upgrade their weapons in Lords of the Fallen.
Tortured Prisoner Location In Lords Of The Fallen
The Tortured Prisoner is locked away behind a cell in the lower levels of Pilgrim’s Perch. From the Sanctuary Vestige in Lords of the Fallen, go outside and head right while ignoring the enemies. Go down two ladders and proceed left to find a spinning wooden platform. Jump on it and hop onto the following platform to find another spinning wooden platform.
Use it to reach the other side and head up the slope while ignoring the enemies as most of them won’t attempt to attack, but some might attempt to push players off the platform. Eventually, lampbearers will go inside a broken shack that contains an elevator.
Activate the lever and use the elevator to go up. Head down the spiral stairs and run to the end of the path until a large door appears to the left. The Tortured Prisoner is right behind this door, but it’s locked and requires the Skyrest Bridge Key.
Skyrest Bridge Key Location In Lords Of The Fallen
From the locked door, proceed forward past the Stigma to find an Emergence Effigies at the end. Use the Umbral Lamp and project its light to the right to see a bone bridge. While still holding the lamp, walk on the bridge and look down to spot a small cliff. Stop using the lamp to free-fall onto the cliff.
Take out the Umbral Lamp and travel to the world of the dead. Proceed forward and then use the lamp to Soulflay the obstacle, forcing the bone bridge out. Climb it to find an Umbral Belly. Soulflay it to get the Skyrest Bridge Key. Finally, return to the locked door and unlock it to find the Tortured Prisoner on the upper floor.
How To Free The Tortured Prisoner In Lords of the Fallen
To free the Tortured Prisoner, players must remove the Umbral entity found on the first floor in Lords of the Fallen. This entity can be found in the Umbral Realm up on a small platform by using a ladder. Its blue roots will lead players toward three different obstacles.
The first one can be Soulflayed from the right side of the entity. For the second obstacle, jump down and head to the gazebo in the middle of the area to Soulflay the obstacle from above near the stairs.
To remove the final one, turn around and approach the left side of the bridge. Soulflay the moving platform to the middle, jump on it, and Soulflay the final obstacle.
Return to the Umbral entity location and Soulflay the Umbral Belly to get the Searing Accusation. Go back to the Tortured Prisoner's cell and give her the Searing Accusation to set her free.
Upon resting at any Vestige in Lords of the Fallen, the Tortured Prisoner will move outside Pieta’s old boss arena and act as a vendor for Inferno Spells and weapons.
