In typical JRPG fashion, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth offers players the ability to change Jobs for their party members, giving them the chance to try new abilities and team compositions for its turn-based combat. What isn't so typical about this RPG is its twists on the traditional Job system – instead of traditional fantasy classes, characters can become Barmaids, Breakdancers, Housekeepers, Movie Stars, and other Jobs based more in reality.

Different Jobs are tied to different Tours, which cost varying amounts of money to take part in. Once the Tour is over, you'll unlock the new Job for all applicable characters. However, Alo-Happy Tours is not the only way to unlock Jobs.

Some Jobs are locked to specific Party Members, like Kiryu having the exclusive Dragon of Dojima Job. Some are tied to exclusive editions of Infinite Wealth, like the Linebacker and Tennis Ace. Some can also be unlocked for specific characters by progressing Kasuga's Bond Level with them, though these jobs must be first become available for selection in other ways. Although Nanba is able to be a Breaker, and Adachi can be an Action Star, you'll have toincrease your Bond with them, or even go back to Japan, to unlock these options at Alo-Happy.

Once you have unlocked a new Job, either through Alo-Happy Tours or character progression, to change Jobs in Infinite Wealth you must either go back to Alo-Happy or find an Alo-Happy Booth. These booths can be found all over the various zones of Infinite Wealth. But, if you can't find one, just head back to Alo-Happy and use the booth there.
