In Like a Dragon Gaiden, the Akame Network system plays a crucial role, offering an array of side missions that allow Joryu to aid the residents of Sotenbori and the guests of The Castle. These requests, which serve as a major source of earning money alongside the game’s intense battle Coliseum, also reward points that can be exchanged for exclusive items at Akame’s Shop.

The game features a variety of request types that Joryu can complete for the Akame Network. Many of these requests involve completing simple tasks like buying items at a store in Sotenbori or retrieving lost items with Joryu’s handy Spider gadget. Additionally, there are a handful of photography-focused requests, where Joryu is tasked with capturing specific scenes or objects as requested by various characters.

In a narrow hallway north of the bar’s entrance staircase on the ground level, Joryu meets a man in a fedora, concerned about his lost Fukupi-chan Mask. To find the missing Fukupi-chan Mask, Joryu should exit the hallway and head north toward Bishamon Bridge, just past the Sotenbori Key Lockers. The search for the mask is not straightforward – instead of finding it on the ground as one might expect, it’s actually atop a chochin lantern on the bridge.

Specifically, it’s resting on the orange lantern in the second row on the bridge’s eastern side. To retrieve the mask, Joryu should head to the wooden footpath alongside the bridge’s main thoroughfare. He needs to approach the lantern and look up, waiting for the "Examine" prompt to appear. After examining the mask, Joryu automatically picks it up.

Upon returning the mask to the man in the alley, he expresses immense gratitude, albeit with a peculiar comment about his future plans for the mask. For completing the “Fukupi-chan Or Bust” request, Joryu is rewarded with Akame Network Points and ¥40,000.
