While Lies of P might, on the surface, look like it's perfectly emulated the Soulslike style of combat, there's actually a lot more to it than most players would expect. For example, unless someone was actively following every bit of info that came out while Lies of P was in development, no one knew just how robust the Legion Arm system was going to be.

Along that same line of thought, the amount of useful Usable Items in Lies of P is also quite staggering (and they drop pretty often). So, let's go over all the Throwable Items, in particular, that players can use in this game.

Every Throwable Item In Lies Of P

Lies of P - Three Examples Of Throwing Items

Throwable Items in Soulslike games actually have a lot of variety in how they work. In some of the earlier games, throwables didn't scale with anything at all and just did a set amount of damage based on the enemy's resistances. But nowadays, most throwables actually scale with the player's stat allocation, and Lies of P is another example of this.

Usable Items that can be thrown are typically purchased from NPC merchants. Additionally, specific enemies have higher chances of dropping different Usable Items on death.

While it's unclear quite yet if a full throwable run is possible in Lies of P like it was in Elden Ring, these items have a lot more use in combat than what players probably expected. Plus, given the amount of replayability the game already has, a 'thrown items only' playthrough would have to come after trying out all the handle and blade combinations. Regardless, based on the type of puppet a player is building, there are certain throwables that are much better to use than others. So, here are all the usable items that can be thrown in Lies of P, as well as their damage scaling based on Motivity (Strength), Technique (Dexterity), and Advance (Intelligence):

After looking at the table above, players can see that items like the Canisters are better for Advance builds and items like the Shot Put, Chain, and Sharp Pipe are great for Technique builds. Again, this just adds another layer of replayability to even the thrown items builds that players could try in Lies of P.
