Lies of P is an upcoming Soulslike game, which means it is going to be full of challenges. Like any game in the genre, Lies of P also has monsters that can scare the living daylights out of a person. It is not easy to fight these monsters, and players have to be extremely careful not to be overwhelmed in combat. The monsters are all biomechanical, which gives players the perfect experience of what it would be like to be in a world of puppets.
The enemies in Lies of P seem to appear out of nowhere, especially if players are not paying full attention to their surroundings. Pinocchio's best friend in the game is his weapon and he can easily be overwhelmed by enemies without it. With this in mind, it's important to take extra care of weapons in order to dish out consistent damage. Thankfully, the demo for Lies of P reveals an item that can help the players to repair their weapons when they get damaged.
How to Repair Weapons in Lies of P
After being awakened, the players will have the opportunity to explore the train. There is one key item, named Munad's Lamp, that players must pick up before heading toward the final compartment containing the weapons. Once players have decided on their combat style, they will gain their first weapon. Not long after, they'll see a bar appear in the bottom-right corner above their selected weapon.
This bar represents the durability of the weapon, and it decreases when players attack enemies. Once the bar drops to 0, it is impossible to repair the weapon. It will be destroyed, and the only option is to buy a new weapon. This can be tricky, especially when players have to fight hordes of enemies in order to reach a seller. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to keep an eye on the bar and repair it before its durability reaches zero.
Thankfully, players can use the Grinder to solve their problems, as it can be used to repair Pinocchio's weapons. The Grinder can be found in the lower belt and can be accessed by pressing the Down button on the D-pad. Once the item has been selected, players will need to press and hold the Square button until the weapon has been completely restored.
Pressing the button results in a nice animation that shows Pinocchio repairing his weapon. After the weapon is fully fixed, players can continue their journey and use their fully repaired weapon to defeat the malevolent puppets scattered all over Krat.
