It is extremely easy to get lost in the world of Lies of P. A wrong turn at a corner and players could end up facing a horde of puppets or a strong mini-boss. Due to this reason, it is always recommended to spend Ergo whenever players have gathered a healthy amount of it. If players die, their Ergo will be at the same location, and they must go to the same place to collect it. If they die before claiming it, a hefty chunk of the Ergo is lost.

While most Lies of P players will want to use Ergo to level up, there are other alternatives that they might spend it on. They can find many sellers who have rather valuable items in stock, Throwing Objects being one of them. These items are used to attack enemies, especially those that are far away. How To Throw Items in Lies of P

In order to throw any item, players first need to assign it to either the Upper or Lower belt. To do this, they should open the menu, scroll down to the Upper/Lower Belt, and press the X button on the empty slot. This will bring up all the usable items. Each one serves a different purpose, so they have been divided into various categories. These are:

Basic Items
Consumable
Throwing Objects
Ergo
Rare Ergo

Players need to scroll down to the Throwing Objects section or press the X button on the item they want to assign. Some of the items that players can find early on in the game are:

Thermite
Cluster Grenade
Fire Canister
Saw Blade
Sharp Pipe

Once an item has been assigned to either belt, players can exit the menu and select it by pressing the Up or Down button on the D-Pad. To throw an item, players should mark an enemy and press the Square button.

Where To Find Throwing Items

Players will come across these items everywhere on their journey through Krat. Killing enemies is a free way to obtain them, but this method isn't always reliable. These objects can also be found lying in different places. In any case, it is better to buy Throwing Items from merchants. The most convenient option is to teleport to Hotel Krat and buy items from Polendina, which costs Ergo. However, he will have a limited inventory in the beginning. To expand it, players will need to find Sturdy Krat Supply boxes and bring them to Polendina.

There are Wandering Merchants in Krat who also sell items, but players might not always remember their location. If players find themselves buying all kinds of Throwing Items, it may be worth buying Reduce Item Prices from the P-Organ.
