The Arche Abbey is the final area in Lies of P, so naturally, players will encounter the toughest challenges. Not long after landing, players will have to fight their way to reach the first boss, which is the Door Guardian. The monster blocks the path to the next area, so players must defeat it at all costs. The Door Guardian towers over Pinocchio, and its strength can finish the fight in the blink of an eye. However, Lies of P players can take down the behemoth with some planning.

How to Beat the Door Guardian
To reach the Door Guardian, players will have to run quite a bit from the Stargazer. There are some enemies in the way, but they should be avoided. Before entering the room, players should make sure to keep the following things handy:
- Special Purification Ampoule
- Leaping Amulet +1 and Blue Guardianship Amulet
- Fully upgraded weapon
- Flame Grindstone
The Door Guardian's body is covered in armor, so just hitting any part of the body won't do much to help players bring it down. The Door Guardian's weakness is his right leg, which is unprotected and can be struck to lower the enemy's HP. Obviously, the Door Guardian is aware of it as well and will try to stop players from taking advantage of it by stomping the right leg.
One thing that players should keep in mind while facing the Door Guardian is to avoid its attacks as much as possible. This particular opponent can inflict shock with its moves, which lowers the stamina regeneration. Without stamina, players will be unable to dodge or attack the Door Guardian. In case they do get hit, players should immediately use the Special Purification Ampoule. They can also consume the Special Resistance Ampoule, which will lower the speed at which the Shock spreads.
The Door Guardian's Fury Attack involves doing a right elbow slam, followed by a quick roll around the room. In some cases, it will roll toward the players.
But, due to its size, players should have no trouble running away from the Fury Attack. It will occasionally jump and smash his left arm into the ground. Players also need to watch out for its sweeping attacks.
This boss fight requires players to be patient and calm. There is absolutely no need to be reckless; keep attacking whenever there is an opening, and after a while, it will be staggered and fall to the ground.
Rush in and use the Fatal Attack to wipe off a drastic chunk of its HP. Repeat the strategy a couple more times, and the Door Guardian will be a thing of the past.
After defeating the Door Guardian, players will gain:
- High-Level Alchemist Badge
This item is used to open doors and raise bridges in certain places.
