Krat was once a bustling city that provided everyone with their necessities and the right amount of entertainment in Lies of P. Sadly, after the unexplained Puppet Frenzy, people started going into hiding and some families got separated.

While exploring the destroyed Krat in Lies of P, players will encounter many Cryptic Vessels that only Venigni can decode. Inside one of them is a message that hints at a refugee address that can be found on Elysion Boulevard.

The Elysion Boulevard Refugee Address’s Cryptic Vessel is located inside a secret room at the St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel. The room itself is not a secret, but it is hidden under a pool of Acid in Lies of P. The only way to clear it is by pushing a large fire brazier from the upper floor.

To reach the fire brazier, head through the only path near the giant hole and descend the ladder.

Next, cross the Acid pool to the other side while killing the enemies.

Now climb the ladder, head left, and beware of the acid-throwing Carcass.

Climb down the ladder and sprint through the hallway in Lies of P to find a rolling sphere.

Defeat them and head to the next area.
