Records are scattered songs players need to collect to unlock the true ending in Lies of P. The Records can be played using the Gramophone in Hotel Krat at any time. There are three endings in the game, two of which are considered bad while the third ending is seen as the true/good ending in Lies of P.

While Records may not seem that important while slaying monsters and helping NPCs, they do have a purpose. Once Pinocchio listens to a Record at Hotel Krat, his humanity meter increases, which boosts the Puppet’s chances of becoming a real boy. However, do note that some Records are only obtainable through lying or only available in New Game+.

Far East Princess	10	Hotel Krat	Kill Alidoro after the second Black Rabbit Brotherhood boss fight and Lie to Eugenie by saying I think he was a talented Stalker.
Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1	10	Hotel Krat	Kill Alidoro after the second Black Rabbit Brotherhood boss fight and decipher Alidoro’s Cryptic Vessel to tell Eugenie the Truth by saying He was Eugenie’s older brother. Alternatively, speak with Alidoro before killing him and if players didn’t decipher the Vessel, say the truth by choosing The real Alidoro was murdered by the fake one. Both options reward the same Record.

Memory of Beach	11	Hotel Krat	After defeating Champion Victor in Lies of P, give Antonia the cure. Next, defeat Laxasia the Complete in chapter 11 and pick up the record from Antonia’s wheelchair.

Quixotic (Golden)	2	Inside the House of Elysion Boulevard	Purchase the record from the wandering merchant in Inside the House of Elysion Boulevard.

Fascination (Golden)	11	Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance	Speak with Test Subject 826 at Arche Abbey Outer Wall in chapter 11. Defeat the area boss and head to the bridge in Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance to purchase the Record.

In a single playthrough, players can either obtain the Far East Princess Record or the Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 Record, not both. This means that the other one can be acquired in NG+.
