Bird Eggs are found perched atop large trees, which are much thicker than their choppable counterparts. These thick trees usually have a small area at the center that holds the nest, so players can simply climb up the trunk on any side to retrieve the ingredient.
Some trees do not have Bird Eggs, so players may have to spend extra time seeking out nests. Thankfully, trees show up on the surface map once Link has uncovered it using the appropriate Skyview Tower. This makes it easy to target large clumps of trees and forests to find the useful ingredient.
