There are countless shrines for players to take on and conquer as they explore the Kingdom of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, many of which can be found in the iconic Hyrule Field area. The Tajikats Shrine is one such example, with players able to find it by traveling to the far east side of the region.

Unlike some of the other shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, The Tajikats Shrine is a combat-free zone, with players instead having to use their brains and Link's abilities in order to complete it. The focus this time is on building bridges, and players are given an assortment of items with which to do so.

The Tajikats Shrine can be found to the east of the Hyrule Field in an area called Whistling Hill. It's not too far from the Teniten Shrine, which is just a little over to the west. There is a slight incline behind it, meaning that it can be a little difficult to spot when approached from that direction, but the signature green glow of the shrine should still just about be visible from a distance, even during daytime hours. The coordinates for the Tajikats Shrine are 0344, -1006, 0016.

Tajikats Shrine Walkthrough

In order to complete the Tajikats Shrine, players will need to make use of Link's Ultrahand ability. They'll be using logs to bridge gaps and climb onto ledges, first, with simple manipulation and then by attaching multiple logs together. The first few areas are pretty easy to get through, though, with players simply needing to grab the provided logs and place them across the gaps to climb up or across as and when needed.

To attach two objects together, players will need to pick one of them up with Link's Ultrahand ability and then move it so that it's making contact with the object that they want to attach it to. If done correctly, they'll get a prompt to press the A button, and doing so will bind the two objects together at the point where they are touching.

This is all pretty easy, particularly as players are able to grab logs from previous sections, effectively providing them with way more than they could ever really need. Eventually, though, they'll come to a huge chamber with a body of water that's far too large to swim across. At this point, they'll need to use Ultrahand to find a way across, which is best (and most comically) achieved by attaching a bunch of logs end to end in order to create an ultra-long bridge.

If players make a mistake, it's possible to detach one object from another by grabbing it with Link's Ultrahand ability and then wiggling the right analog stick. Players should be careful, though, as grabbing an object with two or more objects attached to it and then wiggling the stick can lead to all of the objects detaching.

Once players have created a sufficiently long log bridge, they'll first want to make their way over to the left side of the chamber, where they'll find a chest containing a Spiky Shield. After that, they can rotate the bridge and drop it onto the platform on the far side of the chamber, which will allow them to walk straight across. Rotating the bridge to the right position can be a little tricky due to how long it is and players will need to be careful not to fall off. Other than that though, reaching the other side and obtaining the Light of Blessing ends up being a pretty straightforward affair.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch.
