The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for preorder and it will cost gamers a total of $70. The new Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom trailer was the "one more thing" announcement at the Nintendo Direct, and most fans of the franchise were happy with what they were shown. At the end of the trailer, it was revealed that preorders for the Zelda game would be made available once the Direct came to an end. As gamers started to flow to Nintendo's online store and other retailers to take a look at the game and make their purchases, they noticed that the price for Tears of the Kingdom was $70. This shocked many people, especially since the Nintendo Switch is considered a last-gen console.

The price might be slightly beyond what some fans expected, and that is most likely why Nintendo decided to make the Nintendo Switch Online game vouchers available once again on the eShop. Tears of the Kingdom voucher's program, and it makes it so Nintendo Switch Online members only have to pay $99.98 when they obtain two Switch games. So, if gamers decide to grab the upcoming Zelda sequel plus any other eligible game, they'll already be saving about $20 on digital games.

This is just one piece of information revealed in connection to the latest Nintendo Direct.
