Over the past few years, the League of Legends universe has drastically expanded with the release of official Riot Games installments such as Legends of Runeterra and Teamfight Tactics, as well as the critically acclaimed Netflix series Arcane.
Under the Riot Forge publishing label, many smaller standalone games set in the world of League of Legends have also been released such as Ruined King, Hextech Mayhem, and The Mageseeker, with more on the way. As League has an ever-growing roster of over 160 champions there are naturally many great characters waiting to have their story told in their own game.
7 A Jinx Shooter Game
Jinx was already one of the most popular champions in League of Legends, but with the hugely successful release of the animated series Arcane, even non-League fans have come to love the depth of her character.
With such popularity and a personality that can fly off the wall at any second, it is easy to see a standalone game being made about Jinx. Much like Arcane the game would pop with color and keep players on edge with never-ending action. Seeing as Jinx is best known for her two guns Pow-Pow and Fishbones, a high-adrenaline shooter game would be a natural fit.
6 An Endless Runner Taliyah Rock Surfer Game
Fast-paced endless runner games such as Subway Surfers and Sonic Dash are an absolute blast and League of Legends' very own stone weaver, Taliyah, would be the perfect fit for such a game. Anyone familiar with her ultimate ability where she rides a freshly made wall will be able to imagine her surfing through various levels set in the Shurima desert.
In addition to this, she would be able to spawn and move rock formations as she moves in order to overcome obstacles or take out enemies. Her barrages of rocks would also be great offensive tools.
5 A Lee Sin Action Game
Lee Sin has always been one of the most fun champions to play in League of Legends and there is no doubt that a game about the blind monk would be just as fun.
As a warrior-monk who has sworn to protect the sacred balance of his homeland, the story and setting of a game about Lee Sin would write itself. Furthermore, as Lee Sin is confirmed to be receiving a much-needed visual update, a new game would tie in well with the attention he will get.
4 A Neeko Stealth Game
The recent midscope update to Neeko has been an absolute success, revolutionizing the way she is played especially with her expanded passive which allows her to shapeshift into almost any being or object on the map.
Given the fun that players are having sneaking their way into range of the enemy with all her new tricks, an entire game could be built around this concept. The Ixtal jungle that she would explore would also make for a vastly different environment from the more urban and underground locations showcased in other League of Legends story games. Overall this would be a cozy game with an emphasis on fun and creative stealth.
3 A Renata Glasc Management Game
Renata Glasc is a ruthless business magnate who has no qualms with manipulating people to her will. Therefore, if there was going to be a management game set in the world of League of Legends there would be no better candidate to take on the primary role.
Her own rags-to-riches story would be the perfect inspiration for players starting out in the murky depths of Zaun, and the chemtech industry would provide a fresh take on the genre while tying in with the popular Arcane series.
2 A Zoe Game Featuring Portals & Spell Thief
As the embodiment of mischief and imagination, Zoe would be the perfect star for a new A League of Legends Story game. As a celestial messenger, she can basically go anywhere she wants, creating joy for herself and disruption for others along the way. This means that levels could take place in drastically different settings with endless possibilities for the plot.
In the game, Zoe has one of the strongest basic abilities in League of Legends, her W - Spell Thief which allows her to steal summoner spells and item actives. A similar ability would be just as fun to use in a separate game, and paired with her ability to make portals, the possibilities for creative gameplay are endless.
1 A Yasuo & Yone Co-Op Game
The iconic wind brothers Yasuo and Yone would be a natural fit for a fun action-oriented co-op game, perfect for friends and couples to beat together. As unfortunate circumstances led to the two brothers quarreling, with Yasuo actually slaying Yone before he was mysteriously resurrected, the game could take place long before their feud.
The brothers would instead work together, and similar to one of the best co-op games of all time, It Takes Two, each character could have their own unique moves and combos, making multiple playthroughs more alluring.
