Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth's Waikiki Photo Rally tasks players with photographing 15 locations that are scattered across West Waikiki, East Waikiki, and South Waikiki. While it is certainly not requisite that fans complete this Photo Rally, those that do will receive the Surf Flounder, a weapon that can be used by characters that are assigned the Aquanaut job. To note, the Surf Flounder that is earned upon completion of the Waikiki Photo Rally does not deal elemental damage, which means that it can not be used to easily exploit the weaknesses of certain enemies. The weapon does have the ability to blind foes, though, and that can certainly be useful during difficult combat encounters. Additionally, LaD: Infinite Wealth characters who are equipped with the Surf Flounder can still use skills if it is important to target an opponent's elemental weakness.

2. Surfboard Sweets Shop Sign
This sign is inside Cream & Berry at the corner of Waikiki St. and Seaside Ave. in West Waikiki.
3. Middle of a Park Square
The statue that is to be photographed is next to the Oka Charger at the corner of Waikiki St. and Seaside Ave. in West Waikiki.
4. Shave Ice Menu Board
Players should look to Mohala Shave Ice, an establishment near the corner of Seaside Ave. and Aloha St. in West Waikiki, to secure this photograph.
5. Alo-Happy Tours

6. Shopping Center Entrance
The entrance that players must capture is at the corner of Kaku Ave. and Aloha St. in West Waikiki.

8. Behind the Surf Shop
No Surf No Life is at the intersection between Seaside Ave. and Hula Ave. in East Waikiki, and LaD: Infinite Wealth's Ichiban can find the sign on the southern exterior wall.
9. Ice Cream Stand Neon Sign
The relevant ice cream stand is Snowtown USA on Waikiki St., between Resort Blvd. and Ayame St., in East Waikiki.
10. Beside Mocha Mahalo
Mocha Mahalo is on Resort Blvd., between Waikiki St. and Hula Ave., in East Waikiki, and the business to be photographed is directly next to it.

Players can take this photograph inside Julie's Gearworks at the corner of Resort Blvd. and Hula Ave. in East Waikiki.
