This classic Kirby title is another great platformer that encourages players to enjoy the game with others. At the start of it, the player sees Kirby being split into four different colored versions of himself before chasing after Dark Meta Knight and saving the real one.

Dream Land is in great danger as Kirby wakes up from a nap realizing that he hasn't had any dreams. It quickly becomes obvious that something is wrong when he goes to the Fountain of Dreams and finds King Dedede bathing in its waters. The Star Rod has been broken into several pieces, and Kirby needs to go and find them.
Gamers can play this title with up to three other people who all control a different colored Kirby. They can help complete levels as well as defeat the various bosses of the game during their Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land adventure.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the first mainstream Kirby title to be released entirely in 3D while still being a platformer title. This game can be played in single-player or with a friend as they explore an incredibly detailed world on the Nintendo Switch.
The game has all the usual Kirby mechanics while also adding some new copy abilities depending on what the adorable little pink Kirby has inhaled. Being able to enjoy Kirby and the Forgotten Land with a friend makes for an entirely new experience and can be incredibly exciting as long as those playing can work together.

Out of all the Kirby games to release over the years, one of the greatest Kirby entries and one of the best games to play co-op has to be Kirby's Epic Yarn. In this title for the Nintendo Wii, a player and their co-op partner follow Kirby as he's transformed into yarn and sent to Patch Land. Players must help Prince Fluff collect the seven pieces of magic yarn to stop the evil Yin-Yarn's master plan.
In this platformer, players are unable to rely on Kirby's usual floating or inhaling ability and must instead transform into other shapes and objects to figure out how to cross the levels ahead of them and work as a team to do so.
