Kirby and the Forgotten Land is Kirby's first 3D adventure in the franchise's 30-year history, which has kept fans hyped even now as the game is finally in their hands. The title may be a new type of game for the Kirby series, but it touts the same exploration and fun platforming one would expect from the pink puffball. In the second area, Everbay Coast, the first level gives fans plenty of secrets to find. This is where players can locate all the Hidden Waddle Dees and Mission requirements in Abandoned Beach.

Knock-Knock Nut #1

Players should feel free to go for a small swim in this Kirby and the Forgotten Land level until they reach an island on the left side of the screen. On the edge of the ocean and the sand should be the first nut amongst seashells. Fans can hit it a few times to crack it open with ease.

Knock-Knock Nut #2

From there, fans should swim further north to reach another island in the center of the map. Before players reach the Warp Star, there are a few secrets in the area they should grab first. Once again, the next Knock-Knock Nut is nearby underneath a tree. If fans want to break it open fast, they can push it into the water for the crocodile monster to break it open instead with ease.

Toy Capsule #1

The first Toy Capsule of Abandoned Beach is nearby, as well, as it can be found on the far right of the same island. Fans can find it next to a rock formation in a corner, and they should make a point of grabbing it before riding on the Warp Star.

Hidden Waddle Dee #1

After riding on the Warp Star, eventually, players will encounter a Wild Bonkers. Fans should make it a point to obtain the Hammer Copy Ability from the monster, as its ability will play a big role in obtaining the rest of the items found on the stage. Just a bit further into the stage, players will eventually see a ladder along a cliff side. On top of that cliff side is a stone ledge with a stake that can be knocked down by Hammer Kirby. Once that stake is hit, the stone slab will fall and expose the Hidden Waddle Dee behind it.

Animal Statue Location

After freeing the Waddle Dee hidden in the cave, fans still shouldn't go into the 3-star door just yet. They should head right because in the corner of the area in that direction is a small sand sculpture of what appears to be an Awoofy. Players should destroy the statue despite how cute it is to complete the mission regarding it.

Hidden Waddle Dee #2

When players encounter a stream of water they need to follow, they should keep their eyes out for a sleeping Awoofy off to the right. It's sleeping on a few ledges Kirby can climb up to find another stake for the puffball to use his hammer on. Once fans hit it, a secret entrance will open that leads to a room requiring fans to get to the next Hidden Waddle Dee within a time limit. Fans will need to hit yet another stake in the ground to start the challenge, and if they fail the mission, they can re-enter the room to try again.

Toy Capsule #2

Once back on the main path, fans should follow the water further up to find another crocodile monster with a place to hide from it nearby. A ladder sits just next to it. Players should climb the ladder to receive a second toy capsule.

How to Complete the Sign on the Rooftop

After fans wrestle with whirlpools, they should come to a 3-star door at the end of a cave-like area. Walking through it should put fans right in front of a torn-apart sign. Walk through the sign to eventually find a ring that can be inhaled to get Ring Mouth. With the ring inside Kirby, fans should walk back to the sign and watch as Kirby fills the whole perfectly, completing the mission.

Knock-Knock Nut #3

Fans will eventually reach the end of the level marked by the golden cage with Waddle Dees. However, instead of going straight for it, fans should head to the right to reach a whirlpool. The last Knock-Knock Nut is to the north of the small lake beyond the whirlpool. One blast of the wind from the Ring Mouth mode will break it open instantly.

Hidden Waddle Dee #3

After getting the last Knock-Knock Nut, fans should head to the left side of the lake to find a cracked wall nearby. Using Ring Mode Kirby, a gust of wind will break it open and expose a secret entrance. Inside is a small island surrounded by crocodile monsters that has the last Hidden Waddle Dee behind a large ledge.
