With below-average capacity and courage, Chollima is best reserved for long adventures, or if Henry needs to avoid fighting. It certainly lives up to its name, which translates from Chinese to "a thousand li horse," meaning a large measure of distance. As Chollima leads all horses in stamina, it's only right to link this horse to a notable winged horse in East Asian mythology.
4 Shadowmere

If blazing speeds don't scare players away, Shadowmere is the perfect horse for traveling long distances in quick time while transporting tons of goods. Among all horses, Shadowmere leads the way in speed and capacity, while ranking third in stamina. While this horse doesn't beat out anyone in any statistical category, Warhorse Jenda places in the top six in all four areas. This makes Warhorse Jenda perfect for all situations, whether it's long travels from town to town, or equipping Henry with a sword and rushing into battle head on. Warhorse Jenda lives up to its name as one of the most courageous horses in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Players who purchase Podagros won't have to look too far, as Warhorse Jenda can also be purchased from the same vendor in Merhojed. Coming in at 2,560 gold, Warhorse Jenda is the second-most expensive horse in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, but players shouldn't hesitate to fork over the funds and add this horse to their side. Warhorse Jenda is one of the best Tier 5 horses available, and not too many options outclass its viability in the late stages of the game.
2 Pegasus
Best Bang For Your Buck
If players don't wish to pay a fortune for a horse that can run like the wind, Pegasus is a perfect alternative to some of the more expensive options. Traveling to the town of Uzhitz, the local horse vendor will be selling Pegasus for a low cost of 1,750 gold, making it one of the cheapest Tier 4 horses available. Uzhitz doesn't have much else to consider, with seven horses in their stable and less than half surpassing the Tier 3 status. For conserving money, Pegasus will be tough to beat.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Promises More Reactive Systems
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will feature an even more reactive system than the first game, including crime responses and reactions from Henry.
The biggest net positive from purchasing Pegasus is that it matches the speed of Shadowmere as the fastest horse in the game. It has above-average courage and stamina, which means Henry can remain in battle for longer than some of the other horses on this list will allow, especially if the right perks are equipped. The only setback is a severely-lacking capacity level, which has Pegasus scraping the bottom of the list, but it's a small price to pay for an even lighter hit to the wallet.
1 Kanthaka

Kanthaka is also surprisingly cheap compared to the other Tier 5 horses, coming in at a solid 2,130 gold. Kanthaka can also be found in Uzhitz, which holds Pegasus and gives players two of the best horses to choose from. Since the point of Kingdom Come: Deliverance is to head into battle and win the war, having a reliable horse that will brave the dangers and allow Henry to keep fighting takes priority over being the fastest or most durable horse — which Kanthaka doesn't give up too much of, either.
