4 The Burger
Restore A Small Amount Of Health
The Burger is an item often found on tables, or in food stalls. However, players can also find it inside drawers, weirdly enough. When eaten by a Human, this item restores a single bar of health (one third). This effect is instantaneous upon use, and the animation to use the item is nearly nonexistent because it's so fast. As a result, players can think of this item similarly to painkillers in other games like Back 4 Blood.
While this small health boost is surely better than having an empty inventory slot, in most situations, a different consumable would be better to pick up instead. This is because the goal as a human should be to never get melee'd by a Klown, and most of their ranged attacks won't affect a Human's health. Klowns who use ranged weapons like the Cotton Candy Laser are cocooning players, not killing them. That only requires that they land hits for long enough - current health is irrelevant. Then, once players are cocooned, their health doesn't affect how long they have to escape the cocoon.
3 The Med Kit
A Full Heal With A Longer Animation
The Med Kit, like the burger, is a health restoration item often found in loot containers. Even though it is not technically a food item, it is a consumable. Unlike the Burger, this item completely restores a Human's health instead of only healing them partially. The Med Kit also has a longer use animation, which won't be a surprise to players familiar with the horror or survival genres.

Also similar to the Burger is the Med Kit's usefulness in an average match. Unless the goal is to kill a Klown, players should rarely take damage. Instead, they should run away from confrontations whenever possible, and thus never need to heal themselves as a result. Because health items are so lackluster in the current meta, many players are encouraging the devs to make Human health more important. Until that happens, players should only pick up a Med Kit if they don't have a stamina item available.
2 The Popsicle

The Popsicle is the first item on this list that falls into the Stamina consumable category. This is a food item that will cause a Human to instantly have a full Stamina Bar when eaten. As an added bonus, this item can be used while running, meaning that players can essentially double their sprint time in the middle of a chase sequence by using it.
Stamina is incredibly important in KKFOS: The Game, as it is a human player's main defense against the Klowns' long-range weapons and abilities. This makes the Popsicle a key item to have in the inventory, and players should attempt to always have one on them, unless they currently have an Energy Drink.
1 The Energy Drink
Unlimited Stamina For 20 Seconds
Speaking of Energy Drinks, this consumable is the holy grail of items. Never to be left behind, an Energy Drink gives a Human unlimited Stamina for 20 seconds after use, after which they will have a full stamina bar that depletes like normal. Depending on which class of human they're playing, this means up to 45 seconds of sprinting, allowing players to wildly outpace a Klown.
The only trick with Energy Drinks is keeping one on hand. They are harder to come by than the game's other consumables, and they rarely spawn. Players have reported seeing them on the forest floor, inside food stalls, and in desk drawers. However, there are often a couple at the Meeting Point, so check there first. In addition, dead players can frequently gift stamina items such as Energy Drinks to living players.
