Previously, Nicki Minaj's guest appearance on Kai's stream broke his viewership record, reaching 348,593 views on Twitch. The popular rapper had significant interest in appearing in Kai's live sessions after he got banned in April 2023. This stream featuring Nicki now ranks third in Kai Cenat's most watched sessions on Twitch.

In his latest triumph, Kai Cenat achieved a whopping viewership count of over 721.7K, surpassing his previous viral stream featuring Kevin Hart by around 300K views. This new viral session also featured popular comedian and actor Kevin Hart along with Druski and several other people from the community. The stream, labeled "Sleepover," showed the media figures coming to Kai's place for a party and having fun trying to hilariously reenact scenes from the Kingdom Hearts series. This viral stream made Kai reach the number one spot on the list of most popular Twitch streamers in the US, according to Stream Charts' Twitter post. Before this, the title belonged to another popular Twitch personality, Ninja.
