Of all the shonen series, Naruto really stands out because of its story and action. Naruto serves as the main protagonist, and he is the living embodiment of friendship and never giving up. When the series started, he was not very talented, but by the end, he became the 7th Hokage, and one of the strongest ninja in history.
Fans have seen dozens of different jutsu over the course of the series, and they were all effective in battle, whether they were the result of ninjutsu, genjutsu, or taijutsu. Naruto was a perfect Jinchuriki and could use the Nine-Tailed Fox's chakra, and he mastered Sage Mode. Many jutsu would not be able to take him down, but there are a few that could get the job done quite easily.
10 Indra's Arrow
During their final battle, Sasuke used a new jutsu against Naruto, and it is by far one of his greatest achievements. It is called Indra's Arrow, and in order to use it, Sasuke must use his Complete Body-Susanoo, but he must absorb chakra from the Tailed Beasts.
This is Sasuke's strongest jutsu, and Naruto was only able to survive it because it clashed with his strongest jutsu. Now that Naruto no longer has the Nine-Tails, he cannot block Indra's Arrow, which can still obliterate landscapes with chakra taken from 8 of the Tailed Beasts.

Deidara was recruited to be the Akatsuki's explosives expert, which is understandable since he possessed the explosion release kekkei genkai. His ultimate move is capable of destroying an entire village, but it comes at the cost of his own life, and Naruto could still survive if he had the Nine-Tails.
C4 Garuda would be the far better option, as Deidara creates a colossal clone of himself made out of explosive clay. When the clone detonates, it creates thousands of microscopic bombs that can enter Naruto's bloodstream when he breathes. Once these bombs detonate, Naruto's body will disintegrate at the cellular level until there is nothing left.
8 Amaterasu
When a member of the Uchiha Clan loses someone they cared for, there is a chance that they will awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan. Amaterasu is a rare ability that can only be used by someone with this advanced Sharingan, and it produces black flames at the focal point of the user's vision.
These flames burn much hotter than normal fire, and they cannot be extinguished by normal means. They will continue to burn until the user stops them, or when the target is incinerated. Itachi used this jutsu against the 4th Mizukage, who was a perfect Jinchuriki like Naruto, and it would have killed him if Itachi did not stop them.
7 Water Prison Shark Dance Technique
Kisame could face a perfect Jinchuriki like Naruto because he wielded Samehada. This sentient sword could absorb an enemy's chakra, so it could knock Naruto out in a prolonged fight. Kisame could fuse with the sword as well, which made the Water Prison Shark Dance Technique more deadly.
This is Kisame's most effective jutsu, as it allowed him to create a massive dome of water, which follows his movements. Fusing with Samehada turns Kisame into a human-shark hybrid, which gives him a complete territorial advantage. This jutsu knocks opponents out by drowning them, and even Naruto needs to breathe.
6 Kotoamatsukami
Shisui was considered to be the most skilled Uchiha of his generation, and he awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan when he was very young. His Mangekyo did not offer a powerful offensive jutsu, but he did gain access to Kotoamatsukami, which is still one of the strongest jutsu in the series.
This jutsu places its target under a subtle form of mind control. It forces the target to believe false experiences seamlessly, to the point that they believe they are carrying out certain actions of their own free will. If he wanted to, Shisui could make Naruto forfeit his own life "willingly."
5 Scorch Style: Super Steam Kill
The Sand Village viewed Pakura as a hero, and she was an extremely talented ninja, so much so, that Kabuto resurrected her during the Fourth Great Ninja War. What made Pakura so deadly was the Scorch Release kekkei genkai, which has the ability to kill someone with a single blow.
It allowed her to use Scorch Style: Super Steam Kill, a jutsu that required her to create flaming orbs which resemble small suns. If one of these orbs were to hit Naruto, all of the moisture in his body would instantly evaporate, leaving him in a lifeless mummified state.
4 Hidan's Curse

Hidan may have not been the most skilled Akatsuki member when it came to jutsu, but he was deadly nonetheless. He was a devout follower of the Jashin faith, and he used its forbidden techniques to turn himself into an immortal human voodoo doll
In order for his voodoo doll curse to work, he would need to cut Naruto and ingest some of his blood, then step into a Jashin symbol placed on the ground. This technique resulted in Asuma's death, and it would work just as well on Naruto. All Hidan would have to do is stab his own heart, and Naruto would go down.
3 Wood Release: Wood Dragon Technique
Not only was Hashirama Senju the Leaf Village's 1st Hokage, but he was also one of the strongest Kage in history. He possessed immense chakra, and he was capable of healing himself without using hand signs. Wood Release made him truly formidable though.
This extremely rare kekkei genkai allowed him to create literal forests out of nothing, and it was highly effective against Tailed Beasts and Jinchuriki. With the Wood Release: Wood Dragon Technique, he would create a massive wooden dragon that could restrain Naruto in his Nine-Tails form and then drain his chakra until he loses consciousness.
2 Eight Inner Gates
Might Guy specialized in taijutsu, and he trained to the point that he could open all Eight Inner Gates. Opening all Eight Gates grants the user power that surpasses that of the combined Five Kage, but it comes at a serious cost because the user will die after a short time.
When Madara was the 10-Tails Jinchuriki, he was basically a god, and Guy nearly killed him when he used all Eight Gates on him. Madara only survived because he had excessive and fast superhuman healing, which not even Naruto possesses.
1 Dust Release: Detachment Of The Primitive World Technique
Ohnoki served as the Stone Village's 3rd Tsuchikage for decades, and he held onto that title because no other ninja could match his strength. He was able to use Dust Release, an extremely rare nature transformation that allowed him to create three-dimensional objects.
When these objects are fired at an opponent, they travel incredibly fast, and when they reach their mark, they rapidly expand. Anyone who gets caught within the expanded object is disintegrated, and even Naruto's body cannot withstand such an effect.
