Of course, this includes mighty sorcerers, such as Gojo, and, at the same time, powerful Cursed Spirits as well.

The culling game has some of the most powerful sorcerers in Jujutsu Kaisen in one place.

Fans got to see an incredible number of Cursed Spirits emerge and shock the entire world with their power in this arc and while some of them were just average, others were way too dangerous even for the strongest of characters.

6 Ko-Guy

Yuji fights the Grasshopper Curse

Ko-Guy is one of the very first curses to appear in JJK's Shibuya arc. Immediately after Yuji left on his mission, he encountered this grade two curse guarding the commissioned curtain. As mentioned by the curse itself, it was born from humanity's hatred of the grasshopper plague. As a Grade 2 curse, it was rather weak when compared to Yuji. The latter was able to dismantle it with rather ease and didn't even have to expend his full power while trying to do so.

Nonetheless, some of its attacks were certainly unpredictable and, if nothing, then fans can at least say that he certainly elevated the Shibuya arc by making it more fun and even comedic in some ways. It goes without saying that he was one of the weaker curses to appear in this arc.

5 Dagon

Dagon finally took the JJK world by storm in the Shibuya arc. Fans did not get to see much of him fighting while his other two compatriots got all the action in the prior arcs. In this arc, Dagon really showed what he was fully capable of. He took on multiple powerful sorcerers at the same time, which included Naobito Zenin, Nanami, Megumi Fushiguro, and Maki Zenin. Despite these four powerful characters combining their strength, they were not able to beat him in combat.

He even made use of his Domain Expansion and did so in such a way that all of them were helpless against it. Had it not been for Toji, they certainly would have died. His cursed energy usage, along with the brilliant application of Domain Expansion were shown in this arc to the very best.

4 Choso

Choso vs Itadori

While not entirely a Cursed Spirit, Choso is a Death Painting Womb. This means that he is a mix between a human and a Cursed Spirit. Out of all the Death Painting Wombs, Choso is the strongest one so far and in the Shibuya arc, he was certainly very exciting to see.

Choso fought against Yiji in what appeared to be a very interesting fight. This clash saw Yuji get utterly dominated and, later on, Choso figured out that he had connections with him, thanks to Kenjaku. While not the strongest in the arc, Choso was certainly incredibly fun to witness.

3 Hanami

Jujutsu Kaisen - PNG Of Hanami Over Image Of Hanami Summoning The Cursed Plants

Hanami was a very powerful curse that fans know was born out of humanity's lack of regard for nature and Mother Earth, in general. Hanami was quite a dangerous curse, strong enough to even hold back the likes of Todo. In Shibuya, however, Hanami ended up falling quite early. This is because they confronted Gojo in combat with Jogo.

Even though these two ended up joining hands and combined their strength against Gojo, they were no match for him. Hanami was crushed by the power of Gojo's limitless. Without even lifting a finger, he was able to completely crush it, exorcizing the curse in the process. It remains to be one of the most brutal deaths in JJK so far.

2 Jogo

Jogo played a much bigger role than Hanami in the Shibuya arc. Initially, he fought against Gojo and it did not go according to plan for him. Even though he picked up the skill of Domain Amplification, it was not of much use since Gojo was far stronger than him and easily resisted, crushing him in battle in the process. Thankfully for him, Gojo was sealed and from there onwards, his role got even better.

Eventually, he was responsible for feeding Sukuna's fingers to Yuji. When Sukuna took control of his body, Jogo ended up fighting against him and was utterly outclassed. Eventually, Jogo was killed by none other than Sukuna and the death was certainly a very gruesome one for him.

1 Mahito

Without a doubt, Mahito was the strongest curse in the Shibuya arc. He was responsible for a number of casualties on the side of the sorcerers, including some significant ones, such as Nobara and even Nanami. Mahito ended up fighting against Yuji towards the end of the arc. Initially, he was utterly dominating him in combat, however, when Todo aided Yuji, it was quite clear that these two characters would combine to win against him.

After some sacrifices, they succeeded in doing that and Mahito was eventually completely crushed. Sadly for him, he ended up being absorbed by Kenjaku, who utilized the Cursed Spirit Manipulation power of Suguru Geto.
