The King of Curses, Sukuna is one of the best at everything and when it comes to cursed energy efficiency, he is also at the very top. Sukuna knows when to utilize domain amplification and when to use his cursed technique and that is precisely what he did in the battle against Gojo to break through his Limitless.

He is quite a powerful figure and his efficiency while utilizing cursed energy is absolutely mesmerizing. Sukuna manipulates cursed energy on a level that can only be considered a dream for anyone else. The only sorcerer who comes close to him when it comes to cursed energy efficiency is Gojo.

1 Gojo

The Strongest Modern Sorcerer

Of course, the most efficient user of cursed energy in JJK is none other than Gojo. This is largely down to his Six Eyes, which makes it so that his usage of cursed energy when activating a technique is infinitesimal. In fact, Gojo ends up recovering more energy than he expends while activating a technique and that is truly why, under normal circumstances, he will never run out of cursed energy.
