In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, Domain Amplification is an extraordinarily important tool for someone to possess. Simply put, Domain Amplification is an ability that allows the user to coat themselves in a very thin veil of their own domain that allows them to nullify the cursed technique of any opponent that they touch and, at the same time, also neutralize the sure-hit effect of any Domain Expansion.
This technique is incredibly useful, however, the downside of using Domain Amplification is that the user absolutely cannot use their own Cursed Technique. As a result, they can only utilize hand-to-hand combat in the moment. That said, the trade-off is worth it in certain situations. Domain Amplification is a very complex technique to pull off and only a handful of characters have shown the capacity of using it.
4 Hanami
Hanami is one of the very first characters in JJK seen with the ability to use Domain Amplification. In Shibuya, Hanami was seen using Domain Amplification in an attempt to counter Gojo's Limitless. They achieved this by coating their body in their Domain to nullify Limitless. To some extent, this effort from Hanami certainly worked, however, Gojo immediately noticed what Hanami was trying to do and decided to counter this ability by turning off Limitless completely.
Hanami was then baited into activating their cursed technique and, given that both Domain Amplification and cursed technique cannot be used at the same time, Gojo immediately took the advantage in the fight and killed Hanami the moment he got the opportunity. While Hanami ended up dying, the fact that they could push back against Gojo's Infinity to an extent was certainly impressive.
3 Jogo
Just like Hanami, Jogo was also a user of Domain Amplification. He utilized this skill in Shibuya when he teamed up with Hanami to take down Gojo Satoru. Both of them used Domain Amplification at the same time and pushed back against Gojo's Limitless in an attempt to neutralize it and gain advantage in battle. While both of these characters were good users of Domain Amplification, it wasn't hard for Gojo to read what they were doing. In fact, at this point, Gojo simply strengthened his Limitless instead, which prevented them from neutralizing it.
It must be said that when compared to other better users of Domain Amplification, Jogo's usage of it wasn't all that good. Against normal opponents, however, Jogo can effectively use Domain Amplification to neutralize any cursed technique or sure-hit effect of any Domain Expansion. He was just unlucky that he came up against Gojo Satoru when he tried his luck.
2 Kenjaku (Potentially)
Kenjaku is one of the overarching antagonists of JJK. He is an incredibly cunning mind and most likely the smartest person in the entire world. Kenjaku is behind quite a lot of evil acts committed in the world of JJK and is most likely the most heinous personality to have ever lived. He has stayed alive for generations and, it is expected of him to know quite a lot of powerful techniques. Kenjaku might know how to perform Domain Amplification.
This is based on Gojo's assumption that both Hanami and Jogo learned Domain Amplification from Kenjaku. It is highly likely that he can utilize this skill but has not done it so far. Given that he is extremely powerful, it wouldn't be a surprise for the fans to see him utilize this skill to a great degree. The good thing is, he is still alive and running and that means fans will have plenty of opportunities to confirm whether he is actually a user of the skill or if Gojo's hypothesis was wrong.
1 Ryomen Sukuna
Quite easily, the very best user of Domain Amplification that fans have seen in the series so far is Sukuna, the King of Curses. Sukuna utilized this skill extremely well in his fight against Gojo. These two fought in Shinjuku for quite a long time and were evenly matched for the vast majority of it. In his fight against Gojo, he was easily able to nullify Gojo's Limitless technique by using Domain Amplification. Although this would mean that he had to rely on hand-to-hand combat while fighting him, the fact is that his mastery over this skill was so high that he could easily switch between these two techniques at the right time and still utilize his cursed technique.
To take things a step further, Sukuna also revealed the fact that he could use Domain Amplification while utilizing Domain Expansion. This is because instead of utilizing his cursed technique, he imbues it in his domain. As such, this gave him enough time to neutralize the sure-hit effect of Unlimited Void all the while breaking on the opponent's domain from within. It is quite clear that in all of JJK, he is the best user of Domain Amplification, just as he is the best in quite a lot of other things as well.
