Their charisma, likability, and power all combine to make them the highlights of a manga that people just can't get enough of.

13 Kokichi Muta/Mechamaru

A Sickly Curse User with Depth And Complexity

Kokichi Muta is one of the second-years at Jujutsu High, and is one of the most interesting students of all. Muta has a horrible affliction that renders him incapable of walking around, so he uses his Mechamaru puppets to fight against his enemies with Cursed Energy.

Ultimate Mechamaru is a fascinating fighter and has some of the most convenient abilities in the whole series. Muta truly shines once he is cured of his affliction and summons Ultimate Mechamaru - Mode: Absolute, which almost destroys Mahito for good. This fight sequence gives fans one of the best fight scenes in Jujutsu Kaisen.

12 Toge Inumaki

Cursed Speech Power Renders Him Unable To Speak Out Of Fear

Toge Inumaki is one of Jujutsu High's most powerful sorcerers, but his ability takes a heavy toll on his physical well-being. Inumaki uses Cursed Speech, which essentially allows him to say anything and make it happen. But, Inumaki doesn't rely solely on his Cursed Speech ability. He can also fight in hand-to-hand combat to save his strength.

To avoid cursing others by accident, Inumaki uses his own speech patterns, which are made up of rice ball ingredients. Inumaki had significant roles in Jujutsu Kaisen, with one of his greatest roles being with Yuta Okkotsu in Jujutsu Kaisen 0.

11 Toji Fushiguro

Megumi's Father Boasts Immense Strength And Technique

It takes something special for a person with no cursed energy whatsoever to stand toe-to-toe against some of the toughest Jujutsu sorcerers around. Gojo may not have reached his prime yet, but the fact that Toji was powerful enough to push this sorcerer to the brink of death is a testament to his immense power.

10 Kento Nanami

Many fans mourned Nanami's demise at the hands of Mahito in the Shibuya Incident, and understandably so. This character oozed class and level-headedness, making him a treat to witness onscreen.

After being caught by the full brunt of Jogo's Disaster Flames, a weakened Nanami was hunted down by Mahito, who killed the sorcerer in front of Itadori's eyes. It was a shocking moment that set the stage for an amazing confrontation between Itadori and Mahito in the final stages of the arc.

9 Aoi Todo

A Charismatic Brute Obsessed With Pretty Women

Aoi Todo is one of the very first third-year Jujutsu High students whom viewers meet in the anime. Todo is also regarded as one of the strongest third-years, while some say he is the strongest.

Todo can clap his hands and swap places with another person, a power that he uses to fight Hanami with Itadori. Todo's fascinating personality and power make him a beloved character in Jujutsu Kaisen. He is famous for always asking his friends and enemies what they look for in a partner.

8 Mahito

After getting the attention of Gojo and Jujutsu High, Yuta trained hard and eventually brought out his potential when fighting against Suguru Geto. With Rita's help, Yuta has become one of the strongest sorcerers to date.

6 Suguru Geto

Gojo's Closest Friend Who Develops A Hatred For Humans

Although he was a hazy character in Jujutsu Kaisen at first, Suguru Geto eventually got the introduction he deserved in the Hidden Inventory arc. Suguru Geto and Gojo attended Jujutsu High in the same class and were practically best friends.

But, once the two got involved in a case that brought them close to a young girl, Geto was set on a darker path after Toji killed the girl right in front of him. Geto then left behind the life of a sorcere,r and sought the destruction of humankind as a curse user before being overwhelmed by Yuta Okkotsu.

5 Nobara Kugisaki

One Of The New First-Year Students

The three first-year students are essentially the main protagonists of Jujutsu Kaisen, and are loved by many fans of the manga and anime. Nobara Kugisaki is one of those students. She uses a hammer with nails infused with Cursed Energy to fight against her foes.

Kugisaki has a fiery personality that mixes well with Itadori and Fushigoro, which helps to blend the three in a way that makes them so endearing. Kugisaki is also incredibly powerful and helped Itadori defeat two of the Cursed Womb: Death Painting brothers.

4 Megumi Fushiguro

A Fascinating Character Whom Sukuna Takes An Interest In

Megumi Fushigoro is a quiet first-year sorcerer at Jujutsu High with one of the most unique and interesting powers in the series. Itadori now uses Cursed Energy in close combat to help Jujutsu sorcerers save those who can't fend for themselves against Cursed Spirits. Itadori has also had some of the best fights in Jujutsu Kaisen, including his fight against Mahito with Nanami.

2 Ryomen Sukuna

Ryomen Sakuna is the main antagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen, though fans rarely see him in action. Sukuna is known as the King of Curses, as he is essentially the strongest of them all.

Now that he lies within the soul of Yuji Itadori, fans will constantly have to assume the worst for Itadori, as Sukuna threatens his well-being and the rest of Jujutsu High. But, many fans are in awe of Sukuna's malevolent power and exceptional battle skills, making him one of the most anticipated characters in Jujutsu Kaisen.

1 Satoru Gojo

A Ridiculously Powerful Sorcerer

Satoru Gojo is easily the most popular Jujutsu Kaisen character. He is recognized by his iconic hair, blue eyes, signature blindfold, and his title as the most powerful sorcerer there is. Gojo, who is also Itadori, Kugisaki, and Fushigoro's teacher, uses his immense power that is derived from his being born with Limitless and Six Eyes to destroy the strongest Cursed Spirits and curse users on Earth.

Gojo, with his catchy personality and flair, has to constantly make the toughest decisions, especially throughout the Hidden Inventory arc and Jujutsu Kaisen 0. His immense strength and combat ability eventually caught him in the eyes of the strongest Cursed Spirits and curse users, which got him captured in the Shibuya Incident arc.
