14 Wamuu

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Wamuu using his ultimate technique against Joseph

Wamuu was one of the Pillar-Men, who were the main antagonists of BattleTendency. Out of the three, Wamuu was the most honorable. He was a great fighter, who was always up for a challenge. After seeing Caesar's sacrifice, Wamuu didn't take away the ring that had the antidote to one of the rings that was near Joseph's heart. Even when losing, Wamuu didn't lose his sense of honor. He stuck by it, which makes him an outstanding villain.

13 Ringo Roadagain

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Ringo Roadagain hurt in a duel

Unlike other minor antagonists, Ringo Roadagain had a rather impressive personality. He was introduced in the Steel Ball Run race, and with the help of his Stand, he managed to trap Johnny and Gyro in what seemed to be a loop.

The two protagonists couldn't figure out Ringo's Stand ability until the latter decided to disclose his power. Ringo was not simply a puppet who was following Funny Valentine's orders, but he had his own principles. He wanted to die in an epic duel, and his wish was granted when he fought Gyro.

12 Diego Brando

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Diego Brando from Steel Ball Run

Diego Brando was among the best jockeys, who were participating in the Steel Ball Run race. He wanted to take home the prize money, but as the race continued he found that there was a thing that was far more valuable than money. After gaining more information about the Saint's Corpse, Diego did everything in his power to get his hands on it. Even though he claimed that he worked for Valentine, Diego never truly submitted to him.

11 Risotto Nero

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Risotto Nero using Metallica

Risotto Nero was introduced in GoldenWind. He was the leader of the Assassination Squad, which had rebelled against Diavolo. Risotto planned to use Trish to find out the real identity of the Boss of Passione. He was calm and collected in every situation, which made him the best assassin in Passione. Risotto's stand Metallica was also extremely powerful, and it allowed him to manipulate the iron inside a person's body. He would have succeeded in defeating Diabolo if Narancia's Aerosmith hadn't shot him down.

10 Cioccolata

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Green Day JoJo

Cioccolata was a twisted individual, who experimented with his patients. He was a freak, who had absolutely no regard for human life. Even Diavolo had to think twice before ordering Cioccolata to pursue Giorno's group.

Cioccolata's Green Day is a very deadly Stand as it allowed him to take over a city within minutes. The lethal mold from the Stand is able to spread rapidly, which makes it easy to wipe out entire populations and makes it an overpowered Stand ability.

9 Donatello Versus

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Versus in JoJo Part 6

Donatello Versus was one of DIO's illegitimate sons, and he was a minor antagonist featured in StoneOcean. He sided with Pucci and helped him to get closer to his goals.

Eventually, Donatello Versus became more ambitious, which led him to chase Jolyne and get his hands on Jotaro's memory disc. This is akin to DIO's behavior, who cooperated with others, but eventually remained loyal to only himself.

8 Diavolo

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Diavolo from Golden Wind

Diavolo is the main villain of GoldenWind. Despite being the leader of Passione, Diavolo managed to hide his identity extremely well. Giorno and co. spent most of their time trying to find his real identity.

Diavolo had a very special case of having two souls inside his body. This allowed him to switch his personality and appearance, which helped to keep his identity a secret. In addition to his unique condition, Diavolo had a very strong Stand— King Crimson, which could erase time and see the future.

7 Blackmore

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Blackmore using his Stand's power in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Blackmore was one of Funny Valentine's most trusted assassins. Valentine trusted Blackmore with important dealings and in return, the latter never disappointed his boss. Blackmore's ability to make calculations was very impressive as he managed to find out that Lucy Steel was the traitor.

He could also use his Stand masterfully. Blackmore was able to walk on the rain and he could also use it to attack his opponents.

6 Sandman

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Sandman and his stand, In A Silent Way

Originally, Sandman was a neutral character in SteelBallRun, however, as the race progressed, he joined Funny Valentine's group. Sandman participated in the Steel Ball Run race because he wanted to get the prize money in order to buy back his ancestral land.

Sandman was the only participant, who was not using a horse in the race. He ran the race barefooted and surprisingly, he was among the frontrunners. Sandman possessed In a Silent Way, which wasn't the strongest of Stands, but it gave Gyro and Johnny a lot of trouble.

5 Ultimate Kars

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Ultimate Lifeform Kars

Kars was the leader of the Pillar Men, who made their debut in BattleTendency. His aim was to get the Red Stone of Aja to turn himself into the perfect being. While Kars had respect for his comrades, he always thought that their honor would cost them their lives.

4 DIO

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure DIO smiling in JoJo Part 3

DIO made his debut in Part 1 and then he made a comeback in Part 3. He is easily the most iconic character in the series. With a great deal of cunning and malevolence, DIO managed to turn into one of the fan favorites.

DIO's charisma is on an entirely different level in comparison to the rest of the villains in the series. He also possesses a very strong Stand in The World, which has the ability to stop time.

3 Kira Yoshikage

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Kira Yoshikage from Part 4

Kira Yoshikage is perhaps the most unique JoJo villain. He is the least ambitious villain in the entire series. Kira planned to remain anonymous and kill women to satiate his desires. He never had lofty ambitions such as wanting to rule over the world.

Besides his unique character, Kira's Stand, Killer Queen is very versatile. The Stand has different types of bombs that allowed Kira to keep his identity hidden for many years.

2 Funny Valentine

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure D4C Love Train Funny Valentine

Funny Valentine served as the main obstacle for Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli. In Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, he arguably had the strongest Stand in the series. So, Funny Valentine was not lacking in the strength department.

He was very ambitious and he wanted the Saint's Corpse to turn America into the most powerful nation in the world. Oddly, Funny Valentine only cared about the country and was not hesitant to kill anyone who stood in his way.

1 Enrico Pucci

Enrico Pucci in Stone Ocean Anime

Enrico Pucci is the main villain of StoneOcean. Before the beginning of StoneOcean, Pucci spent a lot of time with DIO, and eventually, he was heavily influenced by the vampire. Pucci was very serious about his motives and in his mind, he believed that what he was doing was right.

He wanted to create a world that had nothing bad in it, but he failed to realize that he was taking away the individuality of the people. Armed with the dangerous Made in Heaven, Pucci managed to create an entirely new universe. Towards the end, he was easily among the powerful characters in StoneOcean.
